59-year-old Dwight Allen Eversole inappropriately touched a law enforcement investigator, Dustin Evans, at a Rotary Park walking trail on August 16th. Investigator Evans stated that he was walking along the trail when a white male wearing blue jeans and a tan shirt with cut-off sleeves, later identified as Eversole, was walking in front of him.
According to Evans, Eversole had walked behind a tree. As Evans approached, Eversole came around the tree while rubbing his groin area. Then, Evans stated that Eversole approached him and grabbed his groin area. After this, Evans presented his law enforcement badge and detained Eversole for the incident. Eversole was taken into custody for sexual battery.
Dwight Allen Eversole of South First Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 16th, charged with sexual battery. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $25,000.
