23-year-old Hailey Lovett was involved in an altercation with the father of her child and boyfriend, Michael Daley, on July 27th. Officers received a call from Daley stating he was in a domestic situation. Daley explained that during an argument, he informed Lovett that he would call 911. Upon hearing this, Lovett attempted to take Daley’s phone by grabbing it from him.
Daley further reported that when he pushed Lovett away, she responded by throwing a toy train at him. Officers noticed bruises on Daley’s right arm and a toy train resting on the grass outside the residence. Hailey Lovett was apprehended and charged with domestic assault and interfering with emergency calls.
Hailey Nicole Lovett of Raleigh Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 27th, charged with domestic assault and interfering with a emergency call. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $1,500.
