39-year-old Joseph Kalinowski III was caught placing a tracker in his wife’s car on July 20th. When officers contacted Kalinowski III, he informed them that he only put the GPS tracker in his wife’s vehicle to make sure she wasn’t cheating.
Further investigation of the incident revealed that Kalinowski was not the registered car owner and didn’t tell his wife about the tracker. Kalinowski was later taken into custody and charged with placing an electronic tracking device on a vehicle on July 22nd.
Joseph Stanley Kalinowski III of Bamburg Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 22nd, charged with placing a tracking device on a vehicle. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
