35-year-old Marshall Linenko was seen trespassing on Zachary White’s Property on Franklin Meadows Way on March 31st. On that day, White stated that he informed Linenko on February 14th that he was not allowed on his property.
White then provided video and text messages showing Linenko on his property on March 31st. A warrant was then issued that day. Linenko was later taken into custody for criminal trespassing on August 5th.
Marshall Alec Linenko of Stateline Road in Oak Grove, KY, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 5th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
