33-year-old Octavious Rassan Padgett, a Memphis Communications Corp employee, had a domestic altercation with his wife, Makayla Mayfield, at a Clarksville residence on July 21st. Responding officers met with Mayfield and observed that she had a slight redness on her cheek.
Officers then found probable cause to believe that Padgett slapped her on the right side of her face. Padgett was determined the primary aggressor due to having a domestic history with Mayfield. Padgett was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Octavious Rassan Padgett of Dunbar Cave Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 21st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
