33-year-old Raven Symone Cowan left the Madison Street Walmart without paying for services on March 7th. The police report stated that Cowan entered the store through the TLE department and was written up for a service to receive a new headlight.
After the installment, Cowan got into her vehicle and drove off without paying the $32 she owed. A warrant was then issued for Cowan’s arrest on March 21st. Cowan was later taken into custody for theft on August 10th.
Raven Symone Cowan of Charlotte Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 10th, charged with theft. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
