28-year-old Sherry Morales was involved in a domestic altercation with her boyfriend of two years, Raul Colon, at a Harvest Ridge residence on July 20th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Colon, who informed them that he had an altercation with Morales. Colon told officers that Morales had woken him up about trust issues regarding messages from another woman on his phone.
Colon then claimed that the argument turned physical when Morales proceeded to slap him on the right side of his face. After this, Colon claimed to have then attempted to grab Morales’ arms in an attempt to restrain her from assaulting him. Morales then scratched Colon’s forearms, causing them to bleed. He reacted by quickly hitting her in the mouth and pushing her away. Due to the statements made, Morales was deemed the primary aggressor, and she was taken into custody for domestic assault.
Sherry Morales of Harvest Ridge in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on July 20th, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $500.
