Tabitha Marks booked after behaving erratically due to consuming Valium

34-year-old Tabitha Patrice Marks was showing signs of impairment in the Clarksville city limits around 11:24 a.m. on August 5th. Officers responded to a call for service regarding a suspicious person, later identified as Marks. When the police arrived, they located her sitting on the curb, behaving erratically and sweating profusely.

Marks then admitted that she had consumed Valium and marijuana earlier in the day. Officers then noticed she was sitting next to a makeshift smoking pipe with white residue and a push rod. Marks was deemed a danger to herself and was taken into custody for public intoxication and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Tabitha Patrice Marks of Kraft Street in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 5th, charged with unlawful drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $750.
