23-year-old Breanna Bailey assaulted her husband, Albert Bailey, at their Appleton Drive residence on August 31st. When officers arrived and made contact with Breanna, she stated that she and her husband had gotten into an argument. Breanna told officers that during the argument, Albert had gotten into bed and stopped talking to her.
Breanna then confessed that she punched Albert in the leg when he pulled the covers over himself. Officers deemed Breanna the primary aggressor of the incident, so she was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Breanna Paige Bailey of Appleton Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 31st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $250.
