41-year-old Daniel Dennis was involved in a domestic altercation with his wife, Stephanie, at their Marymont Drive residence on August 30th. Officers arrived and separated the couple to get their account of events. Daniel told police that only a verbal argument had transpired.
Once officers spoke with Stephanie, she corroborated that she and Daniel had gotten into an argument. However, she stated that during the argument, Daniel had shoved her and raised his hand at her like he was going to strike her. Dennis was then taken into custody and transported to booking, where he was charged with domestic assault on August 31st.
Daniel James Dennis of Marymont Dr in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 31st, charged with domestic assault. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $500.
