29-year-old Hank Powell was caught shoplifting at Walmart on Fort Campbell Boulevard on February 28th. Loss prevention at the store reported that they observed Powell grabbing and hiding items.
Powell then “skip scanned” merchandise while at self-checkout and left without paying for the items. The stolen items were valued at $20.95. Powell was later taken into custody for theft of merchandise on August 29th.
Hank Powell of West Road in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 29th, charged with theft of property. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
