29-year-old Nicholas Shawn Duvall was walking on the sidewalk and almost fell into the roadway multiple times near Taco Bell on North Riverside Drive on August 24th. Officers observed this and approached Duvall, during which they noticed he reeked of alcohol and could not maintain his balance.
Duvall told the police that he had just left a local bar where he had two drinks. Then, Duvall was deemed a danger to himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Nicholas Shawn Duvall of Patricia Drive in Clarksville, TN, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on August 24th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $439.
