Amanda Moore jailed after having someone blow into her vehicle’s ignition interlock device

29-year-old Amanda Moore was caught after faking the results of her ignition interlock device on her vehicle on April 20th. On that day, Moore provided a breath sample of .027% BrAC while attempting to start her car, which was a failing score. Then, an unknown person provided a passing breath sample of .000% BrAC for Moore, allowing her vehicle to start. This violated the law because if your car has a functioning ignition interlock device, you legally cannot have someone else start your vehicle. A warrant was issued, and Moore was later taken into custody for faking an Ignition interlock device on July 30th.
