18-year-old Chloe Nelson was involved in an altercation with her 17-year-old sister at their residence on August 3rd. When officers arrived and met with the victim, Chloe’s sister, she stated that during an argument, Chloe slammed a door into her. Chloe’s sister then stated she was pushed, hit, and choked by Chloe after being hit with the door. Officers observed red marks on her chest and scratches on her neck. Nelson was then taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
