Isis Navarro Cruz charged after twisting her lover’s ‘man missile’ during fight

Chris Fuoco says his girlfriend, 30-year-old Isis Tatiana ‘Taty’ Navarro-Cruz, grabbed his ‘man missile’ and twisted it during an argument on February 2. She then reportedly bit him on the arm. An officer reviewed a video of the incident, which shows ISIS became upset when she realized he was recording their initial argument. She initially threw a beer can at her lover and eventually charged him in an effort to take the phone from him. Isis is out on bond from a prior domestic assault in January.

DUI: Colton Miller leads police on high-speed pursuit before crashing on Salem Road

A Deputy says he was driving on Hwy 48 when a white Ford Expedition driven by 24-year-old Colton Miller sped past him on the right at a high rate of speed. He clocked the vehicle at 90 mph in a 35 mph work zone. Despite lights and sirens being activated, Miller continued to flee, and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle eventually crashed on Salem Road, and a felony stop was completed. Miller was highly intoxicated and possessed a 9 mm handgun.

Thomas West jailed after impersonating a police officer, pulling over vehicles

36-year-old self-proclaimed YouTuber & Racer Thomas West recently went to social media to claim he was arrested for “doing burnouts on private property” and encouraged folks to protest against Cody Evans, the Deputy who arrested him. As Maury would say, the results are in, and that was a lie. Multiple citizens called 911 on February 4th to report a white vehicle with police lights on top was speeding up behind vehicles on Wilma Rudolph and using his light bar and siren in attempts to pull them over. The following day, deputies identified and located the vehicle, which belonged to West. He was taken into custody and charged with criminal impersonation and illegal use of blue flashing lights. West admitted to doing burn-outs the night before but was not charged in any way for them, despite his claims otherwise.

Jason Howell found drunk and mud-covered on side of road

41 -year-old Jason Howell was found drunken and covered in mud while sitting on the side of the road at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Whitefield Road just before 4 p.m. Saturday. Officers say he apparently had fallen in the mud of a construction area and admitted to consuming alcohol. Hew was unable to walk without stumbling and falling, so he was taken into custody and charged with public intoxication.

APSU Lab Manager Ronald Palmer jailed — caught masturbating in his office by student

52-year-old APSU Chemistry Lab Manager Ronald Palmer was jailed Friday after a student said she walked in on him masturbating in his office with the door open to the hallway. Police made contact with Palmer, who refused to answer any questions. The student alerted another Chemistry to the incident, and she called campus police. The student says Palmer was reclined back in his chair with his head back, eyes closed, and aggressively pleasuring himself with his right hand.

Bryan Boisvert charged in Home Improvement Fraud Scheme

37-year-old accused home improvement fraudster Bryan Boisvert was found hiding in his attic crawl space when deputies took him into custody on February 3 after his wife allowed them inside to search. He was jailed on a warrant charging him with home improvement fraud. In 2022, he was operating under the name of ‘AAA Home Improvements’ and ‘A Home Improvements’ and agreed to build a tiny house for Angel Fleites. She paid Boisvert $15,000, and after several months no progress had been made, and she requested a refund of her deposit. He initially agreed to refund her money but never followed through. He is charged with Home Improvement Fraud.

Lawrence McClung charged in vandalism of ex-girlfriend’s vehicle in Clarksville

Police say 32-year-old Lawrence McClung appeared at his ex-girlfriend’s home on Peachers Mill Road on January 30 and began to bang on her door, demanding to be let inside. She refused to open the door and told him to leave the property. As he was leaving, he began to bang on the victim’s car, which was parked just outside her door. Officers documented approximately $900 in damage to the car’s hood, door, and mirror.

Albert & Celeste Brodeur jailed after smacking their backtalking granddaughter

Clarksville Police jailed 68-year-old Celeste Brodeur and her 68-year-old husband, Albert Brodeur, after their grandaughter, MaKenzie Brodeur, called 911 to report being assaulted during an argument over the cleanliness of the house. Officers arrived at the residence on January 29 to find MaKenzie bleeding from her mouth. She says her grandmother was arguing with her about the house not being kept clean and began to insult her. Celeste admits to smacking her in the mouth because her granddaughter was backtalking her. When MaKenzie pushed her grandmother after being smacked, her grandfather stepped in and also struck McKenzie.

Marci Hoogerwerf flees from Clarksville Police, says she “didn’t feel safe”

Clarksville Police say 39-year-old Marci Hoogerwerf refused to stop for police when they attempted to stop her to investigate a hit-and-run that had just occurred in the parking lot of Drake’s on South Hampton Place on January 27. She was driving a black Lexus, which matched the description from the incident. As an officer also noticed she was driving on tags that expired in March of 2022 he activated his emergency equipment neart Trenton Road and Caney Lane. She refused to stop and continued to drive to her home on Sierra Court. As she exited the vehicle in her driveway she was taken into custody. Hoogerwerf stated she “didn’t feel safe,” and wanted to get home to her children. She was charged with felony evading arrest and driving an unlicensed vehicle.

MoCo Sherriff makes 5.6 gram weed bust at Papa Rock — Cristianna Bagwell arrested

Deputy Wyatt Orr rushed to the Woodlawn Papa Rock just after 8 p.m. Monday after dispatch allegedly received a call from a ‘concerned citizen’ that three individuals were in a black Dodge sedan smoking marijuana by the yellow dumpster. He made contact with the owner, 27-year-old Cristianna ‘Kristi’ Bagwell, who admitted she had been smoking marijuana in the vehicle. When the deputy advised her he was about to search her car, she refused and attempted to leave the scene. Deputy Wyatt Orr recovered a whopping 5.6 grams of personal use marijuana and transported Bagwell to jail.

Police viewed home security video, which they say showed 36-year-old Krystel Iverson chasing her husband, David Iverson, around the home on January 31, eventually catching up with him and placing one arm around his neck and another around his mouth. She also admitted to slapping him prior to the chase. The altercation was reportedly about the parenting styles of their children. Officers documented red marks on the victim’s neck.

21-year-old Isaac O’Brien was parked on the side of Lylewood Road late Friday night when Corporal Richard Byers stopped to assist him, believing he was having issues with his vehicle. As he spoke to O’Brien, he said he reeked of alcohol and had slurred speech. He declined having consumed any alcohol but performed poorly on field sobriety tests. An open bottle of Espolòn Tequila was in the passenger seat. O’Brien was transported to Tennova Sango for a blood draw and then to booking at the Montgomery County Jail.

Campus Police bust APSU student Samuel Grigg with 33 grams of marijuana in dorm

18-year-old APSU Student Samuel Grigg is free on a $2,500 bond after Campus Police Officer Dustin Scroggins charged him with possession of 33.8 grams of marijuana in his dorm room. The campus housing authority had alerted police they believed drugs were in the dorm room. Officers say they smelled marijuana immediately upon arrival. Grigg admitted to possessing the green leafy goodness and was transported to jail.

29-year-old Princess Ashford was involved in a road rage incident on January 23 near the Shell Sudden Service on Alfren Thun Road just before 6 p.m. As she was speaking with officers, she was told she was being detained and was not free to leave. Moments later, Ashford jumped in her white Nissan Versa and fled the scene while driving on a suspended license. Warrants were issued for her arrest, which she was later booked on.

Marquis Moultrie busted by bondsmen after bouncing yet again on a court date

When we last covered 29-year-old Marquis Moultrie, he was finally being brought before a judge to begin to answer for the 2015 robbery of Sam’s Tobacco store. He posted a new $15,000 bond and failed to appear for the next four court dates. His bond company was issued a final forfeiture notice, and this week they were able to track down their bond jumper. Jamie Thomas and his team took Moultrie into custody. He remains jailed in lieu of a new $30,000 bond.
