41-year-old Derrick Boling reportedly walked into the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in March 2022 and walked out with $69.34 worth of merchandise concealed in a large bag. After he was identified, a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was booked on that warrant this week and is free on a $1,000 bond.

Soldier Michael East charged with DUI after leaving Electric Cowboy
24-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Michael Timothy East says he was drinking at the troubled Electric Cowboy bar in Clarksville Friday night and into the early hours of Saturday morning. As he left, he was driving in front of THP Trooper Brian Glenn on 41-A, who says he was weaving while driving a white Chevy Silverado at 3:23 a.m. East performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.105% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Dillon Limerick charged in assault of ex-girlfriend after she searches his phone
Okora Dickson says her 27-year-old ex-boyfriend, Dillon Anthony Limerick, pushed her phone into her chest during an argument, which was the start of a physical altercation between the two. The argument reportedly began when she found text messages on Dillon’s phone that she disapproved of. He then searched the contents of her phone and, once he was done with it, pushed it into her while returning it. He admitted to the assault and was taken into custody.
Michael Alexander charged in assault of Clarksville cougar
Regina Peach, 52, says her 30-year-old boyfriend, Michael “Detroit” Alexander, grabbed her by the collar of her jacket and pinned her to a wall between the stove and counter in their kitchen on January 10. She says Alexander then began to shake her, causing her to bite her own lip, and that she begged him to let her go as she was afraid he was going to kill him. Michael reportedly said, “I don’t care,” and fled the scene prior to police arrival but was located a short distance away.
Kendrick Cook pepper-sprayed by ex-girlfriend after he strangles her
30-year-old Kendrick Deon Cook is charged with aggravated domestic assault after police say he strangled his ex-girlfriend during an argument. Officers responded to the Parkway Place residence on January 8th just before 5 p.m., where Dyandria “Shonta Black” Sealey says Cook put his hands around her neck as an argument escalated, but she did not lose consciousness or the ability to breathe. She pepper sprayed Cook in self-defense to stop the assault.
Drunk Soldier Cody Lerch drunk and disorderly at the Electric Cowboy after-hours
Police say 26-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Cody Lerch was arguing with staff and other patrons in the parking lot of the Electric Cowboy just before 4 a.m. Saturday, well past closing time for the troubled club. Police say he was extremely intoxicated and began to work toward N. Riverside Drive. Officers determined him to be intoxicated to be left alone and took him into custody for his own safety.
Sean Phillips & Scott Phillips jailed after brotherly brawl
22-year-old Sean David Phillips & 30-year-old Scott Arron Phillips were both jailed early Saturday after police responded to a domestic disturbance call between the brothers at 9:32 a.m. Scott stated the two had been drinking and began to argue about Sean’s choices in life. The two brothers battled it out and were determined to be mutual aggressors. After a quick stop at the Sango ER to be medically cleared, each was booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
Nick Ragland found with heroin and meth as friend overdoses on the roadway beside him
26-year-old William Nicholas Ragland, son of Clarksville attorney Joel Ragland, was found standing beside his friend, who was on the ground overdosing in the roadway, when deputies responded to their location on January 8. During the investigation, it was discovered Ragland had a small amount of methamphetamine and .9 grams of Heroin in his possession.
Jessie Wardlow jailed on rape indictment — $75K bond
32-year-old Jessie Lamont Wardlow is jailed on a $75,000 bond on a Grand Jury indictment charging him with rape. The indictment alleges that in July of 2022, he raped a then 34-year-old person.
Kimberly Peterson jailed on $5K bond for $345 Walmart theft
51-year-old Kimberly Ann Peterson is jailed in lieu of a $5,000 bond after police say she stole $345.26 in merchandise from the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd on January 5th. Loss prevention says she concealed the merchandise in her purse and on her person, damaging some of the merchandise in the process. She walked past all points of sale before being apprehended by loss prevention. Walmart seeks restitution in the full amount.
Jared Casey charged with throwing wife to ground, assaulting her during argument
Hillary Casey reported that her 46-year-old husband, Jared David Casey, assaulted her on January 5th at their Reming Trace home. Officers responded to the residence and observed injuries on the victim. She says a verbal argument escalated when Jared grabbed her back the back of her neck and threw her to the ground. Jared was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Vivian Williams charged after punching her husband in mouth, scratching his face
Michael Willaims says his 28-year-old wife, Vivian Taylour Williams, punched and scratched him in the face during an argument at their Dunbar Cave Rd home on January 5th. When officers arrived, he displayed visible red scratches and blood on his head from being punched in the jaw and various scratches on his face. Vivian was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Crystal Smith pepper sprays another driver during road rage incident
34-year-old Crystal Nicole Smith was driving on Tobacco Road in November when the car in front of her, driven by Brianne Gonzales, slowed down due to mechanical issues. As the first car arrived home and pulled into her driveway, Smith was still upset and raging about the car’s slow speed and pulled into the driveway behind Brianne, who was a stranger to her. She then began yelling and screaming from her road rage, and Brianne approached her vehicle and told her to leave the property. Crystal retrieved her peppers spray and spayed it out her window onto Brianne, covering her with it before fleeing the scene. A warrant was issued for her arrest, and she was booked on it this week.
Marcel Claybrooks pours gasoline on mother’s house, stating: “I’ll show you!”
38-year-old Marcel Dawon Claybrooks is charged with domestic assault after police say he doused his mother’s house in gasoline after an argument. Shirley Tapps says she was having an argument with her son, Marcel, when he stated, “I’ll show you!” and walked across the street to a neighbor’s home and retrieved a red gas can. He reportedly returned to his mother’s home and walked around the perimeter of the residence, soaking it in gasoline. Shirly called 911 to report she was in fear he was about to light her house on fire. Officers arrived to find Marcel sitting on the front porch and noted a strong smell of gasoline about the residence.
Willie Luckett breaks into ex-girlfriend’s bedroom, stands over her as she sleeps & assaults her
20-year-old Willie Earl Luckett was charged with aggravated burglary, driving without a license, no insurance, and two counts of felony possession of schedule I drug with intent to sell on December 29th after allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend the day before. According to police, Shatroy Williams woke up on December 28th to her ex-boyfriend Willie Luckett standing over her, grabbing her by the hair and hitting her on the head several times before grabbing her neck until she “felt his nails digging into her skin around her throat”. Shatroy told police she couldn’t breathe but didn’t lose consciousness and when she tried to get up he pushed her down onto the bed again before leaving.
Lisa Breslow, 68, charged with DUI after “two glasses of wine” prior to driving
68-year-old Lisa Robin Breslow says she had “two glasses of wine” before driving on Dover Road with a tail light that wasn’t working and at an irregular rate of speed. As she weaved a traffic stop was conducted and she was visibly intoxicated, according to officers. She was transported to booking and charged with DUI.
Isis Taty Navarro charged after biting boyfriend’s bicep, calls 911 on herself
30-year-old Isis Tatiana ‘Taty’ Navarro-Cruz says she called 911 on her boyfriend, Chris Fuoco, to report he hit her because he was also calling 911 to report that she assaulted him. When officers arrived at this dispute between two grown adults, Taty says the couple was arguing face to face when their faces touched. She says it was intentional, and Chris says it was accidental. Taty told police that even if it was an accident, she didn’t like anyone in her space and reacted by slapping him. Chris says she has a history of destroying his things when she becomes upset, and she walked toward the garage door, which is where he stores a classic car he just received from his father. As he blocked the door to the garage, she reportedly bit his bicep. She was determined to be the primary aggressor and taken into custody. Officers confirmed that Chris initially made a call to 911 but ended the call, he stated he didn’t want her to get into trouble.
Ruth Miller charged with 4 p.m. DUI, blows 0.174% BAC on breathalyzer
57-year-old Ruth Ann Miller told police, “I wouldn’t pass either one” when she was asked to submit to a blood or breath test after being stopped for DUI on January 2. Officer Cody Hall says Miller was weaving near Providence Blvd & Oak Street just before 4 p.m. Sher performed poorly on field sobriety tests and eventually blew a 0.174% BAC on a breathalyzer.
Misty Ham attacks her cousin, Sara Simon, for sleeping with her husband, Cody Ham
24-year-old Misty Dawn Ham has had a year-long argument with her cousin, Sara Simon. Simon reportedly slept with Misty’s husband, William Cody Ham, causing the family feud. Last week, Misty and Cody arrived at Simon’s home, where Misty confronted Sara. As Sara retreated back inside the home, Misty reportedly grabbed Sara by her hair, bringing her to the ground. Charles Simon Jr. & Sr., relatives of Sara, pulled Misty off of Sara, and Misty and Cody left the residence. Later that day, Misty was taken into custody at her residence and charged with domestic assault. Misty says she’s innocent and never touched Sara.
Zachary McHugh places his naked great-uncle in a headlock & assaults him
28-year-old Zachary Daniel McHugh was charged with domestic assault on December 31st after police say he put his great-uncle Randall in a headlock and assaulted him. What started as a verbal argument turned physical when Zachary grabbed his uncle Randall by the hair, who was naked at the time, forced him into a headlock, striking him in the face multiple times while dragging him down the stairs and throwing him to the floor of the house they share on Fieldstone Drive. Police report that Randall had multiple injuries to his head and knee but refused medical attention.
