Sarah Watson charged with assaulting her children, hitting on head, pushing into wall

29-year-old Sarah Watson was jailed on May 13th for assaulting her minor children at her home on Martin Street. Police spoke with her 12-year-old daughter, who said that Watson pushed her 7-year-old brother several times, causing him to hit his head on the wall each time. The 12-year-old child’s father was present during the incident and saw Watson push her son into the wall about 3-4 times. When the 12-year-old tried to defend her brother, Watson pushed her into the wall. Police documented a scratch on the left side of the girl’s face, and Watson was taken into custody.

Stephan Finnicum charged in assault of his girlfriend and her sister

32-year-old Stephan Finnicum was booked last week for assaulting his girlfriend, Destinee Weldon, and her sister Trinity Boyd on Forest Hills Drive. Finnicum denied any assault and claimed that there was only an argument, but Weldon told police that he shoved her sister against a door during the argument. When Weldon got between them to separate them, he also shoved her. Boyd corroborated Weldon’s story, and Finnicum was taken into custody.

35-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Robert Henson says he just left an Army “farewell party” at a bar on Dover Road when he was observed by police driving with no exterior lights on his truck. During the subsequent traffic stop, Henson reeked of alcohol as he spoke and was visibly intoxicated. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

21-year-old Caitlin Cross was jailed on May 13, charged with the assault of her wife, Shaeline Diaz, and their roommate, Kenzi Lebouef. Cross and her wife had a verbal argument that escalated with Caitlin punching her lover. Kenzi witnessed the altercation and attempted to de-escalate the situation, but Caitlin then got into a fistfight with her. She refused to discuss the situation with officers and was reportedly too drunk to provide a statement. She was deemed to be the primary aggressor and transported to booking.

Matthew Martinez so drunk he turned himself in for DUI in Electric Cowboy parking lot

24-year-old Matthew Martinez was enjoying his night at the troubled Electric Cowboy last week when at 3 a.m. on May 13, he left the bar and got into a black car. Police say he drove through the parking lot without his headlights on and was headed to the roadway when he observed Clarksville Police officers Renken and Hall parked behind RimTyme as they were watching vehicles leave the club at closing time. Before the officer even had a chance to initiate a traffic stop or even acknowledge Martinez, he stopped his car near a patrol car and approached the officers to speak to them with extremely slurred words in his highly intoxicated state. Officers asked if he could call someone for a right home, and Martinez began to talk over the officers and refused all assistance. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to booking.

Sheri Maddox-Slade charged in roommate rumble

41-year-old Sheri Maddox-Slade was jailed on May 7th after following her roommate outside and escalating an argument to assault. Police responded to Bellamy Lane, and Maddox told them that she and her roommate Taylor Smith were in an argument that turned violent when Smith shoved her, pulled her by her hair, and threw gravel in her eyes. Smith told police that Maddox followed her outside while letting her dog out. According to Smith, Maddox pushed her to the ground and started scratching her neck, but she was able to get away once she defended herself. Both women had visible injuries and were both taken into custody due to conflicting allegations.

18-year-old Jasmine Winter was jailed on May 6th after pushing her mother down during an argument. Jaquilla White told police that she and her daughter got into an argument, and Jasmine ran up behind her as she walked into the apartment and pushed her down, causing “rug burns on her knees.” After Jasmine was detained, she requested to bring her purse to booking, where officers found a small baggie of marijuana inside.

34-year-old David Owen was jailed on May 6th after beating his uncle in the head with a cane after overhearing a disagreement about breakfast. Eva Parker told police that she asked her grandson, Philip Rubio, how many eggs he wanted for breakfast, and he replied, “three.” David Peacher told Philip that there wouldn’t be enough for everyone else. During that conversation, Mr. Owen came from the back room with a whittled stick that he used as a cane and hit Mr. Peacher over the head, leaving a gash that bled profusely. Mr. Owens admitted to gathering everyone’s cell phones and placing them outside so no one could call law enforcement after police saw the phones outside. Peacher had to walk to a neighbor’s house to call the police.

Jaden Cook charged with DUI after calling 911 while driving down the road

22-year-old Jaden Cook called 911 while he was driving on 101st Airborne Division Parkway near the W Fork Bridge just after 5 a.m. on May 14. As officers responded to the area for a welfare check, the dispatcher convinced him to pull onto the shoulder of the road and stop the vehicle. 28-year-old Akia Smith is charged with domestic assault after she reportedly pulled a butter knife on her boyfriend, Demarcus Love, after she accused him of stealing her money. The argument happened in the early morning hours of May 14th after the couple returned home from Nashville and began to argue about the money they had made overnight. He had initially chest bumped her, causing her to first call the police. Love says he was in fear of bodily injury when she refused to put down the knife. The incident was recorded on the victim’s cell phone.

An inspector with the health department conducted a routine inspection of Wingstop on Needmore Road Thursday, filing a scathing report about the cleanliness of the restaurant, with 16 violations. Earning a score of 83, the inspector found two hand washing sinks with issues, three pounds of wings that had to be embargoed due to being out of temperature, mold building inside the ice machine, sauces not covered, old food debris covering kitchen equipment in “substantial buildup and also covering the inside of coolers.” The report continued that the walls and floors were dirty with debris, and the condenser in the walk-in freezer was leaking and dripping on food products.

Oak Plains Youth Academy employee slams juvenile to the ground in assault — Carlos Joseph

32-year-old Carlos Joseph, an employee at Oak Plains Academy, was jailed on May 10th on an outstanding warrant alleging he slammed a 13-year-old student to the ground last year. Mr. Joseph tried to take some headphones from a student, but when the student didn’t release them, he slammed them to the ground. There was video evidence of the incident that revealed the student never acted aggressively toward Mr. Jospeh before the assault.

20-year-old Iyanna Woods was booked on May 7th after punching her boyfriend in the face in front of his mom at her home on Ladd Drive. Tyre Thomas and Woods live together at his mother’s house. They got into an argument, and Woods punched him in the face leaving him with swelling and a bloodshot eye. Latonya Johns separated her son and Woods, grabbed her grandchildren, and tried to get Woods out of the house. She was holding her grandchildren in her left arm when Woods also punched her on the right side of her face.

44-year-old Grady O’Bryant was jailed on May 7th after police saw him swerve from the left lane to the shoulder of the right lane several times on Fort Campbell Boulevard. Police turned on their lights and sirens, but O’Bryant was slow to react and passed by several intersections and parking lots that would have been a safe place to pull over. When police finally made contact, O’Bryant slurred as he admitted drinking alcohol. He was unsteady on his feet as he performed poorly during field sobriety tests and blew a .143% BAC on the breathalyzer before throwing up.

33-year-old Brittney ‘Itty Bitty’ Hall was jailed on May 6th after keying her ex-boyfriend’s car when she returned his belongings to his home on Cave Road. Timothy Smith told police that he told his ex-girlfriend to return his belongings to him. Once they were dropped off, he noticed his two jackets and a hat were torn and destroyed beyond repair. A neighbor allowed police to watch the footage captured by their doorbell camera. Footage showed Hall arriving in a silver Ford Escape, throwing Smith’s belongings onto his vehicle, and walking around scraping the entire body of his car with an object.

Tommy Brooks charged with DUI after leaving troubled Electric Cowboy bar

38-year-old Thomas ‘Tommy’ Brooks was booked on May 6th after driving home drunk from the troubled Electric Cowboy. A citizen called the police stating that he was behind a Gray Truck on Madison Street that was weaving all over the road and going well above the speed limit. Officers responded and got behind the truck; once they observed the truck swerve, they pulled Brooks over for questioning and asked if he would consent to sobriety tests. Brooks performed poorly and told police he could not continue the tests as he was unsteady on his feet and struggled to stay balanced. He was transported to booking and charged with DUI.

21-year-old Maleah Ferguson-Ridley was jailed on May 7th after driving past police while drunk on Riverside Drive. Police were investigating an unrelated incident when Ferguson drove her truck trying to get past the ambulance and patrol vehicles for a nearby crime scene. When police spoke with her, she smelled of alcohol and was slurring her speech as she explained that she was coming from “the club.” She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was transported to Sango ER for a blood draw before being transported to booking.

Harold Hairston jailed after “throwing his wife around like a rag doll” during argument

24-year-old Harold Hairston was jailed on May 5th for assaulting his wife after an argument about him helping with the kids. Kristina Rollins told police that the argument turned physical when he got in her face and grabbed her phone. Kristina tried to grab her phone back which resulted in him grabbing her and throwing her around. He tried to pull her off the bed and then started strangling her with one hand around her throat. Police could see marks and scratches around her neck. Kristina told police she tried to fight back by grabbing and scratching his neck. The altercation ended when Hairston left the house. Destiny Brazil witnessed the incident and told police that Hairston was extremely aggressive toward Kristina and “threw her around like a rag doll.”

Kadarius White bites hand of ex-girlfriend when she refused to return gifts

26-year-old Kadarius White reportedly appeared at the home of his ex-girlfriend, Jordyn Johnson, unexpectedly late at night on April 29 and demanded the return of all the items he had purchased for her. When she refused to let him take anything, the argument escalated, and she says he began to throw her around the living room. He then reportedly bit her on the hand and strangled her until she says she went unconscious. At the time of his arrest, White also had an outstanding warrant for drug possession.
