28-year-old Alexus Unique Bush & 34-year-old Arsenio Dontrell Chandler face multiple charges after Clarksville Police executed a search warrant and recovered 5.89 pounds of Fentanyl, 338 grams of marijuana, 64 grams of methamphetamine, scales, baggies, and handguns. The warrant was executed at the Montgomery Commons apartment belonging to Alexus Bush. Just prior to the raid, officers observed Arsenio Chandler arrive and depart from the location, and he had a key to the residence.

Siblings arrested after brawl: Asia & Da Vanjai Neighbors
Police say 19-year-old Da Vanjai Neighbors was in a fight with his sister that ended up with him grabbing her around the neck and strangling her until she lost consciousness. As she was waking up, he reportedly began hitting and punching her in the head.
As the fight continued, 18-year-old Asia Neighbors says he took her phone, and when he kept pulling away, she knocked him off balance, grabbed his shoulders, and then fell to the ground when he hear-hugged her. Once on the ground, he was still holding onto his sister, so she began to punch him in the groin. A witness eventually separated the two, and as the brother was leaving, she grabbed his leg and caused him to fall over a second time.
Gary Wright assaults mother while she watches Yellowstone in shared hotel room
Giner Love was at the InTown Suites Sunday night with her 48-year-old son, Gary Dean Wright, as she watched Yellowstone and Gary drunkenly slept. Clarksville Police were called to the room for the report of a domestic disturbance and could hear yelling from outside the room as Gary called his mother derogatory names. Gary initially told police his mother had assaulted him but could not provide any details.
His mother told police she was watching her program when he woke up from a drunken sleep and slapped her in the face multiple times. Officers documented blood on bother sides of her nose from the assault.
Solomon Jones indicted on multiple counts of child rape & sexual battery
43-year-old Solomon Lewis Jones has been indicted by the Montgomery County Grand Jury on six counts of rape of a child, 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The allegations stem from incidents occurring from January 2017 to October 2019. The victim was less than 13 years of age. He is free on a $100,000 bond.
Soldier Sam Heitlauf charged after pulling guns on friends & making threats while drunk
20-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Hans Samuel “Sam” Heitlauf was drinking with a group of friends at his house late Thursday night, including John Scott and JaMichael Moore. Witnesses say he became irritated with people being in his home and pulled a pistol from his waistband and pointed it at one of the victims before his friends disarmed him. Nathan Hallett charged in front porch assault of his wife & her phone
Heather Hallett says her 27-year-old husband, Nathan Lee Hallett, started an argument with her on the front porch of their Clearwater Drive home on November 9th. During the argument, she says he demanded her phone, and when she would not give it to him, he grabbed her arm and moved his shoulder to her face while continuing to demand the phone. Heather says she was in fear and was afraid he would hurt her if she didn’t surrender the phone to him. Nathan reportedly forced the phone from her and shattered it on the ground. During questioning, Nathan stated he never put his hands on his wife, and he must have dropped the phone during the argument but never threw it on the ground.
Yunique Acosta accused of biting, kicking, and slapping boyfriend multiple times
22-year-old Yunique Rae Acosta is charged with domestic assault after her boyfriend, Isaiah Solorio, drove to a nearby Shell Sudden Service gas station to meet with officers and disclose the assault. Isaiah says he had left the house earlier to go for a drive, and when he returned, he was lying in the bed of the master bedroom. He says Acosta came into the bedroom and bit, kicked, and slapped him multiple times.
Dennis Arnold charged with pushing his wife into a wall
31-year-old Dennis Justin Arnold is charged with the domestic assault of his wife on November 9th. She told police the couple had a verbal altercation shortly before he pushed her into a wall, placing her in further fear of being harmed.
April Taylor accused of throwing a lamp at boyfriend during argument
57-year-old April Rochelle Taylor is charged with domestic assault after her boyfriend, James Hatcher, says she assaulted him with a lamp during an argument. The lamp reportedly struck Hatcher in the wrist, causing it to become “very swollen,” according to police who took photos of the injury.
Dominique Elkins charged with identity theft after making fraudulent rent payment
34-year-old Dominique Alexis Elkins has been indicted by the Grand Jury on one count of identity theft. Court documents allege Elkins used the bank account of Walter Palmer to make a payment to Cherokee Property Rental in the amount of $2,089.50.
Parents gone wild: Heather Meeks & Jerell Hinton both go to jail
33-year-old Heather Nicole Meeks & 36-year-old Jerell Hinton were jailed on an assortment of charges after Jerrell assaulted their son with an assortment of household items, and Heather assaulted Jerrell with a toolbox to his face.
Matthew Powers charged in domestic assault of wife
Dana Powers says her 39-year-old husband, Matthew Thomas Powers, slapped her in the face as she got up from their couch and then pushed her back onto the couch. As she got up a second time to call 911, she says he pushed her against the wall, placing both hands around her neck. Matthew fled the scene, and officers encountered him at the nearby Marathon in his red truck. Officers report he was intoxicated. He was transported to jail and charged with domestic assault.
Katrina Malone jailed over beef with Arby’s manager
32-year-old Katrina Ann Malone tried to forcibly get into the Arby’s on Fort Cambell Blvd, where manager Donna Sleeper was standing inside attempting to keep her out. The two had just been involved in an automobile accident on Fort Campbell Blvd, and both pulled into the parking lot, and Sleeper ran inside the building when Malone began yelling at her. Sleeper reportedly sustained scratches and bruising from the assault, and a warrant was issued for Malone’s arrest.
Andrew Schoonover charged in assault of 12-year-old niece
30-year-old Andrew Roger Schoonover is charged with the domestic assault of his 12-year-old niece. Joshua and Courtney Schoonover say they were at home on November 5th and were “play arguing” with their daughter when her uncle, Andrew Schoonover, suddenly grabbed the child by her shoulders and pushed her into her bedroom. Seeing his daughter being assaulted, Joshua then punched Andrew in the face twice, causing him to leave the residence on foot. Officers arrived at the location and located Andrew walking nearby. The victim confirmed her uncle assaulted her.
Naomi Kim Pfundt attacks boyfriend with kitchen knife during argument
21-year-old Naomi Kim Pfundt is charged with the aggravated domestic assault of her boyfriend, Jalan Gibson, after police say she assaulted him with a kitchen knife. Police responded to the Britton Springs Road residence on November 8th and observed a laceration to the victim’s right hand that required him to be transported via EMS to the hospital. Pfundt was transported to jail.
Jenifer Bess assaults motel roommate with cord, per report
Kathleen Webster says she’s been sharing a room with 48-year-old Jenifer Christine Bess at the InTown Suites near Exit 11 since September of last year. She says last Friday night, she was arguing with Bess when Bess threw a cord at her, sticking her in the face. Police arrived on the scene and took Bess into custody for domestic assault.
Soldier Ana Jackson grabs boyfriend’s genitals during drunken assault
Jeremy Snyder told police that he had been drinking with his 22-year-old girlfriend, Fort Campbell soldier Ana Lin Jackson, and got into a verbal dispute that quickly became physical. He says she began to hit him on the chest and grabbed his neck and grabbed his genitals during the assault. Officers observed marks and scratches all over his body due to the assault. Ana stated she had been drunk, and there had been an initial dispute and volunteered she had started a second argument.
Soldier Zach Braley charged with drag racing; speeding 91 mph in a 55 mph zone
21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Zachary Jeffrey Braley is charged with drag racing and speeding after a THP Trooper observed him driving one of four vehicles traveling together and approaching him at a high rate of speed, eventually reaching 91 mph in a 55 mph zone on Hwy 374 between Peachers Mill Road and Whitfield Road. Trooper Cadena stopped Braley, who was driving the lead vehicle, at 1 a.m. and placed him into custody.
Drunk Man arrested while sleeping it off in car at The Electric Cowboy — Barry Ward
45-year-old Barry Dale Ward had too much to drink at the Electric Cowboy Saturday morning and made it to the rear seat of his vehicle, where he was sleeping it off with the door open. Jacob Turner, a bouncer at the troubled nightclub, called Clarksville Police to report the man asleep in his car. Officers arrived at 3:47 a.m. to find Ward still asleep in the backseat of a vehicle and had to shake him multiple times to wake him up. Officers asked Ward to call someone to get him, but he told the officer to do it for him and then told them to take him to jail. Officers charged him with public intoxication and transported him to booking.
Eric Taylor charged with pushing his wife during 2 a.m. argument
Amy Taylor told police she was pushed by her 38-year-old husband, Eric Michael Taylor, at 2 a.m. Monday at their Ridge Meadow Drive residence. Officers also arrived to find a variety of items thrown into the front yard by Eric, who was reportedly intoxicated during his interaction with police. Due to this and the prior history of domestic violence incidents with Eric as the defendant, he was taken into custody and transported to booking.
