Brandon Blackwell says he has repeatedly told 35-year-old Megan Ashley Madden to cease all contact with him. He filed a police report after she continued to contact him via Facebook messenger, against his wishes. A magistrate signed a warrant, charging her with harassment.

Randy Lewis charged after slapping a phone out of his grown adult stepson’s hand
Joseph Lingauer called police to report his 49-year-old stepfather, Randy Lee Lewis, had assaulted him. Deputies arrived and viewed a video recording of the incident, which showed Lewis yelling and striking the hand of his stepson, Joseph. Mr. Lewis has been married to Mr. Lingauer’s mother, Angela, for 22 years. Lewis is charged with domestic assault.
Larico Hill charged with pushing girlfriend down by hair & hitting her, breaking door frame
Megan Walker says her 24-year-old boyfriend, Larico Tramain Marquez Hill, was in a verbal argument with her when she demanded he leaves her home. She says he then grabbed her by the hair and pushed her to the ground, and hit her. During the struggle, Hill also pushed in the back door of the apartment, damaging the door frame. She was able to call 911, and Hill fled the apartment.
David Reynolds charged in assault of wife, upset over text messages in her phone
Ashley Reynolds says her 49-year-old husband, David Reynolds, cornered her in a room and began to strangle her with both hands around her neck after he found text messages in her phone that he disapproved of. She was able to escape and stay in a hotel and then contacted police.
Haley Arthurs charged with 3 a.m. DUI after leaving the Electric Cowboy
22-year-old Haley Brooke Arthurs left the Electric Cowboy on in the early hours of Saturday morning and caught the attention of police as she was observed turning left without using the turning lane, and later stopping at a green light. A traffic stop was initiated at a convenience store on Trenton Road just after 3 a.m. Arthurs admitted to drinking at the Electric Cowboy and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
Mayor & Council set to re-appoint embattled Roxy Director Ryan Bowie to Parking Commission for 2-year term
Ryan Bowie, who is embattled with allegations of inappropriate touching, sexual harassment, and financial mismanagement of the Roxy Regional Theatre, is set to be re-appointed to the City Of Clarksville’s Parking Commission. The resolution will be presented at tonight’s Executive Session of the Clarksville City Council on the consent agenda, which is reserved for legislation that is not expected to have any discussion or disagreement. Amanda McCaslin: “I will murder you and smile in my mugshot” — smile, she did not.
35-year-old Amanda Marie McCaslin is charged with the domestic assault of her roommate, Alexis Montalvo. Alexis told police that Amanda, who she rents a room from, threatened to “murder her and smile in her mugshot” after she became upset at the Halloween decorations that Alexis had placed in the shared bathroom. Amanda denied making any threats; however, a recording of the incident was captured on the victim’s phone.
Jay Dance charged with sending threats via text messages
40-year-old Jay Phillip Dance was jailed this week on a warrant charging him with harassment. Jordan Sanders reported that he advised Jay Dance to cease communications with him, yet he continues to receive threats from Dance via text message.
Cynthia Doyle jailed after mooning her neighbors during argument
42-year-old Cynthia Ann Doyle was jailed last week on three counts of indecent exposure after she bared her buttocks to three neighbors on Heitts Lane. Doyle and three neighbors, Katherine Collins, Brianna Boggs, and Whitney Skimmenhon, were outside in a verbal altercation. After the altercation ended, they say Doyle turned, pulled down her pants, and bared her buttocks to them all. All three neighbors swore out complaints with the magistrate.
DUI: Blake Frey charged after crashing into utility police on Princeton Circle
Clarksville Police say 30-year-old Blake Tyler Frey crashed his red Dodge Journey into a utility pole on Princeton Circle. Witnesses reported he walked away from the crash, and officers located him several houses away from the crash, stumbling and under the influence with constricted pupils. He was transported to Tennova for treatment of his injuries and charged with DUI. After discharge from the Emergency Department, he refused to leave the property at 5:03 a.m. and was additionally charged with trespassing on hospital property.
Aidan Lidgard charged in burglary of Woodlawn Mini Storage units
19-year-old Aidan Geoffrey Lidgard is charged with five counts of burglary after police say he cut the lock from the front gate of Woodlawn Mini Storage and from multiple units within the property. Police say Lidgard, along with a passenger, spent just under two hours at the property. Four units belonging to Randall Paschall had the locks cut but didn’t appear to have anything missing. A unit belonging to Ray Jones had multiple tools taken, valued at $1,300.
Mathew Bronson charged in aggravated burglary of estranged wife’s house
32-year-old Mathew Joseph Bronson hasn’t lived with his wife, Chelsey Porter, since June; however, despite the couple being separated, he showed up at her 7th Street residence on October 18th after she continued to ignore his phone calls. Police say Bronson approached the front and kicked it in, damaging the door, frame, and locks. He then made entry and robbed the victim of her phone, purse, wallet, and car keys. She says Bronson made threats to harm her if she contacted the police.
Jalan Gibson flees from hospital & police after crashing into guardrail
23-year-old Jalan G’Mani Gibson crashed into a guardrail on October 5th and was only able to give his name and birthdate before being transported via ambulance to the hospital. Officers finished investigating the crash and went to the hospital to issue him citations for improper plates, no insurance, driving on revoked, and failure to yield. Gibson fled the hospital shortly after arrival without being fully evaluated. Officers searched for him to make sure he didn’t require further treatment but were unable to locate him. He was eventually booked on October 19th for the charges.
Nakysha Bratcher charged in taser-assault of ex-boyfriend
Tyrik Nettles flagged down police on State Line Road, stating his 28-year-old ex-girlfriend, Nakysha Bratcher had tasered him and fled the scene. Witnesses corroborated the series of events and a warrant was issued for Bratcher’s arrest. She was booked three days later, charged with domestic assault.
Katera Stokes punches boyfriend in face after finding a ‘love note’ she didn’t write
22-year-old Katera Stokes says she found a “love note” in the notebook of her boyfriend, Curtis Wade. She became so outraged she told him to gather his things and leave. As he was doing so, they reportedly were shoving each other, and after a few back-and-forth pushes, Katera punched Curtis in the face. Curtis denies there was ever any pushing back and forth and that she suddenly punched him as he was gathering his belonging. Police documented a swollen lip and an abrasion on Curtis.
DUI: Madison Gerkin charged after going 71 in a 40; open bottle of vodka in car
19-year-old Madison Elise Gerkin was stopped after an officer observed her traveling at 71 mph in a 40 mph zone on N. Riverside Drive just before 3 a.m. She claimed she had not consumed alcohol; however, the officer smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle and Gerkin. An open bottle of New Amsterdam Vodka was found in the vehicle, and Gerkin performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
Ma’Shae Marria charged in $1,600 theft from her employer, Mapco on Madison
21-year-old Ma’Shae Jalise Marria is charged with felony theft after she confessed to taking $1,600 from the Mapco on Madison Street, where she worked. She used another employee’s PIN to retrieve $80 from the store’s safe on twenty different occasions. Charles Cox of Mapco’s Loss Prevention team contacted police after discovering and documenting the thefts. He also confronted Marria, and she wrote a statement confessing to the thefts, which occurred between August 19th and September 26th.
DUI: Fort Campbell’s Tyler Davis charged after a “couple beers” at Electric Cowboy
Officers conducted a traffic stop on 22-year-old Tyler Christopher Davis at 3:20 a..m. as he was driving a white Subaru Outback and failing to maintain his lane of travel. David admitted to consuming a “couple beers” While at the Electric Cowboy. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He would later blow a 0.159% BAC, nearly double the legal limit.
Baron Frazier pulls knife on wife after finding condom on the balcony; “where’s my rum?”
Renee Gordon says her husband, 42-year-old Baron Frazier, were arguing as he accused her of cheating. She told police that Baron was drinking and became irate when he found a condom outside on the balcony of their apartment. Frazier reportedly pulled a knife from the kitchen and pointed it at his wife, telling her, “I could kill you for this.” She says he then placed a hand on her throat and another on her waist and pushed her into the corner of the kitchen, and demanded, “Where’s my rum?”
DUI: Bradley Perry flips vehicle, open bottle of Jim Beam inside
28-year-old Bradley Thomas Perry flipped his truck onto its side late Wednesday night on Golf Club lane. Perry climbed out of the vehicle, and police observed glass eyes and say he reeked of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI. Officers located a half-empty bottle of Jim Beam behind the passenger seat.
