37-year-old Robert “Bobby” Kane is charged with assaulting his wife, Tracy Fitzgerald Kane, with a bottle of vodka after she confronted him about his drinking problem. Police responded to Mulberry Place on May 24th, where the victim stated her husband hit her in the back of the head with a plastic pint-sized vodka bottle during an argument about his alcohol usage. Officers spoke with Mr. Kane, who they noted was “highly intoxicated” but denied any allegations of assaulting his wife.

Jenell Fuller charged with DUI after nearly striking patrol car head-on in traffic
Officers say 25-year-old Jenell Fuller was driving on Providence Blvd on May 23rd when she crossed the center media and nearly struck a patrol vehicle head-on, which was traveling on the opposite side of the roadway. A traffic stop was immediately conducted, during which she admitted to drinking alcohol prior to driving. Fuller performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.
Daryl Coates charged with poking & pushing his neighbor while making threats to harm him
On March 29th, James Ball says he was outside of his apartment on Ringgold Road when he was approached by his neighbor, 44-year-old Daryl Coates. Coats reportedly pushed and poked Ball on his shoulder, arms, and chest, while threatening bodily harm. A complaint was taken, and an arrest warrant was issued, charging Coates with assault. Coates was served with the outstanding warrant on May 17th.
Easre Griffin faces felony charges after chasing and ramming a vehicle multiple times
28-year-old Easre Griffin is charged with felony aggravated assault after Kinashia Russell told police that Griffin rammed her vehicle at least four times on May 17th. The victim was traveling on Ashland City Road when she says Griffin was chasing her and rammed her as she was moving into the turning lane, then backed up and rammed her a second time. As the victim pulled into a parking lot, Griffing continued the chase, and when she caught up with the victim, she rammed the rear and the side of her vehicle in two separate hits. The victim says she has known Griffin for a few years, and identified her in a lineup, but did not say what the motive was. Officers documented extensive damage to the victim’s vehicle.
Collin Richards gets belligerent with clerk who refused to sell him more alcohol due to his level of intoxication
Clarksville Police Officer Novenario was on duty when he observed 22-year-old Collin Richards enter the Mapco at 1775 Madison Street and begin to act belligerent while inside. Due to his extreme level of intoxication, the clerk refused him any more alcohol, which he was attempting to purchase. Richards reportedly continued to become even more belligerent, at which time he was taken into custody for public intoxication.
James Potter charged with underage DWI after rolling his friend’s car #Prom
18-year-old James Potter was charged with underage driving while impaired Saturday night after he was driving his friend’s car, and it rolled over and crashed into a guardrail while he was picking his friend, Austin Beck, up from prom. Potter told police he lost control due to a “mechanical problem,” however Officer Nolan with CPD says Potter reeked of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. After a stop for a blood draw at Tennova, he was transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
Dominique ‘Binky’ Watson deemed too intoxicated for Hookah 21 in Clarksville
Clarksville Police responded to Hookah 21 just after 1 a.m. Sunday to find 31-year-old Dominique Watson being detained by venue security. She was reportedly being aggressive and erratic toward other patrons and security and being an unreasonable annoyance to others in the area. She is charged with public intoxication.
Army Sgt. Luke Jackson arrested after wife cowers in closet as he punches through door
27-year-old Fort Campbell Sergeant Luke Anthony Jackson is charged with the domestic assault of his wife, Harmony Jackson, after an argument left her cowering in a closet as he beat through the door.
Officers arrived at the Clarksville home on May 22nd, where the victim stated she retreated to the closet to escape from the argument, and once she was inside the closet, Luke began punching and elbowing the door near the victim. Once he had broken through the door, she was able to escape and take the children to another room, and on her way out, he raised his leg as if to kick her, and when she went back later to take a photo of the damage, he knocked the phone from her hand.
Soldier Brandon Sandholm charged in felony assault of wife after she wakes him up from partying hard
Sharon Morara-Sandholm says her husband, 23-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Brandon Matthew Sandholm, passed out on the living room couch after a party. When she attempted to wake him up, she says he became angry and began to punch her in the face, sustaining a bloody nose from the assault and landing on the floor. He then reportedly reached down onto the floor and strangled her. Eventually, she was able to fight back in self-defense. The couple stopped fighting when officers arrived at the scene.
James Anthony Jackson fled from police during a traffic stop for no headlights
Officers say 33-year-old James Anthony Jackson was driving on N. Riverside Drive just after 3 a.m. Sunday with no headlights on. As the officer attempted a traffic stop, the black sedan pulled over to indicate he was stopping, then suddenly turned and fled northbound at approximately 60 mph, too dangerous to pursue, so the pursuit was called off at Kraft Street. About two minutes later, the car was observed to be crashed into a tree at Kraft St. & Parham Dr., where a witness had pulled him from the vehicle. Inside the car was a Taurus handgun, an open container of alcohol, and marijuana, a “bag of colorful pills” (some of which tested positive for Fentanyl), and more marijuana was found on him at the hospital.
DUI: Latoya McCollough charged after drinking “one shot” at N’Quire Bar & Lounge
41-year-old Latoya Shunta McCollough says she had “one shot” of liquor at N’Quire Bar & Lounge before driving home early Friday morning. As an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop for her swerving at 3:30 a.m., she swerved through three more lanes of traffic and ran up on a curb twice before coming to an eventual stop after turning onto another road.
She then opened her door and poured the alcohol out of a metal container, onto the ground, with the officer parked behind her watching. He could also clearly see the handgun in the door pocket of her Ford Fusion as he approached. After a blood draw at Tennova, she was booked into jail.
Eric Sotnick used cocaine before Trenton Rd Crash, had more stashed in his rectum — retrieved at ER
44-year-old Eric Sotnick faces a multitude of charges after police responded to a crash with injuries on Trenton Road on May 3rd where he was the driver. The crash left both him and his passenger, Kim Sotnick, unresponsive, and he fell out of the driver’s seat when medics opened the door. He admitted to using what he believed to be cocaine, however, he was revived with NARCAN, leading authorities to believe it was likely laced with Fentanyl. Once at the hospital, he allowed a nurse from the ER to retrieve a bag of white powder which tested positive for a cocaine base from his rectum.
Felicia Snipes charged with harassment of Courtney Shank via calls, texts, & social media
47-year-old Felicia Snipes was booked into the Montgomery County Jail Tuesday on an outstanding warrant charging her with harassment. The warrant, which was taken out by Courtney Shank on March 21st, alleges that Snipes has continued to contact her via calls, texts, and social media messages, despite demands to stop. The messages were reportedly of a threatening nature to both Shank and her family.
Man with his name tattooed on his face tells police he’s someone else — Akeem Pierce, arrested
Clarksville Police responded to the Sleep Inn & Suites on Cracker Barrel Drive in response to a call that a person was at the property who was previously trespassed. Officers encountered 29-year-old Akeem Pierce, who insisted his name was “Christian Bly,” despite the moniker of his own name being prominently tattooed on his face — “Young Keem.”
Laqueda Walker charged after biting her son & busting his lip in argument over television
40-year-old Laqueda Walker was jailed on May 15th, charged with the domestic assault of her son, 19-year-old Tyreik Walker. Police responded to the Cold Drive residence, where the victim told police his mother got mad at him and refused to let him use a television. As the argument escalated, she repeatedly hit him in the head and bit him on the arm. Police documented a busted lip and a bite mark on the victim.
Locksmith fires gun in air; “upset with his employees & their work ethic” — Stephan Lambert arrested
37-year-old Stephan Lambert, President of The Locksmith Co, LLC, was jailed on May 16th after police say he walked out of the back door of his business on Kraft Street and fired two shots in the air from his Glock handgun. Frank Wright, who was inside the store, told police Lambert also kicked a hole in the wall on his way out the back door.
Lambert told police he was upset with his employees and their work ethic, according to an arrest warrant charging Lambert with disorderly conduct. The firearm was seized as evidence.
Eviction leads to a standoff at Clarksville’s Autumn Winds Apartments Thursday
Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to serve a Writ of Eviction at Autumn Winds Apartments on Ted A. Crozier Blvd, at Building 700 earlier this morning. The occupant refused to leave and has now secured herself in the apartment. Sheriff’s Negotiators are working to bring a peaceful resolution to this incident.
First responders are on standby per safety protocols for all involved. The department is asking the residents to please stay back from law enforcement and the south side of building 700. This is a developing story.
Hannah Picklesimer kicks Clarksville cop in nose with her bare foot
23-year-old Hannah Picklesimer inserted herself into a police investigation that didn’t involve her, and after officers asked her to go back inside her own home, she kicked an officer in the nose with her bare foot.
Caleb Rustchak indicted on two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor
A Montgomery County Grand Jury has indicted 24-year-old Caleb Rustchak on two counts related to the sexual exploitation of children. Count one, aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, alleges Rustchak distributed and exchanged images of children involved in sexual activity. County two, sexual exploitation of a minor (over fifty images), alleges Rustchak knowingly possessed over fifty such images of minors engaged in sexual acts. The activity occurred between October 2020 and October 2021.
Window tint traffic stop finds Nathaniel Crespo with 14 zips of marijuana — $25K bond
Clarksville police pulled over 32-year-old Nathaniel ‘Nate’ Crespo for a window tint violation on the Jaguar he was driving on May 11th. During the court of the traffic stop, officers claimed to smell marijuana, and Crespose stated his brother had recently smoked in the car. Officer searched the vehicle and located two bags, one orange, and the other black. Inside the orange bag was a vacuum-sealed bag of marijuana. Two mason jars of marijuana, along with baggies and a scale, were found in the black bag. The total weight was just under one pound, coming in at 410 grams, or just over 14 zips.
