Soldier Jerod Hauck flees from police… on foot… while drunk
28-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Jerod Hauck was jailed early Sunday morning after drunkenly fleeing from officers on Trenton Road. Officers initially received a call that Hauck was stumbling down the roadway just after 5 a.m., and they canvassed the area looking for the man. He was found in the parking lot of Jenkins and Wynne and ran from officers when they gave him commands to stop. Hauck fell down multiple times while attempting to run away, but was eventually taken into custody.
Clarksville Lawyer Michael K. Williamson charged with felony assault of wife
64-year-old Michael Williamson was jailed on Sunday night, charged with the felony aggravated assault of his wife, Larson Faye Williamson. Deputies responded to their Maxshire Court residence just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday for a domestic disturbance call. Both parties were reportedly drunk, and after investigating, deputies determined Michael to be the primary aggressor. During an argument, he is alleged to have pushed his wife and thrown her down onto a chair with one hand while grabbing her neck and upper chest area. The victim’s injuries were documented and consisted of irritation and bruising on her body.

A February Grand Jury indicted 23-year-old Katlyn Smalley on charges of vehicular homicide and reckless endangerment for the March 21, 2022, automobile crash that killed Rebecca Shelton and placed Ronald Huter in danger of death or serious bodily injury. Her bond is set at $350,000.

52-year-old Raymond Wright was reportedly upset because his medication had not been refilled. As his wife arrived at the home, she could hear him cursing and throwing things. She attempted to calm him down, but he grabbed her by the collar, threw her on the bed, and got on top of her, placing her in fear of immediate harm.
Dena Evans kicks and spits on first responders who save her from wrecked vehicle
51-year-old Dena Evans was found face down in the driver’s seat with her foot trapped in the dashboard of her overturned vehicle on February 9 at 5 p.m. As firefighters extracted Evans from the wreckage, she began yelling and cursing at them and kicked them while they placed her on a spine board. Once loaded onto a stretcher, Evans began to spit at the first responders. She was highly intoxicated, and an open bottle of Old English 800 was found inside the vehicle.
Fraudster Bryan Boisvert jailed yet again; police say he stole rent payments
37-year-old Home Improvement Fraudster Bryan Boisvert found himself behind bars for the second time in two weeks. Already facing home improvement fraud charges, Boisvert was arrested this week on a felony theft charge. Cameron Payne hired Boisvery to oversee a duplex he owned and to collect the rent payments and deposit them into Payne’s account every month. Initially, things went well, but soon after, Payne stopped receiving the rent checks, despite the tenants giving them to Boisvert. He is charged with the theft of those rent payments.
Jeffery Gray charged in assault of his wife; strangles her on the bed
25-year-old Jeffery Gray is facing multiple charges after an argument with his wife on February 7 got out of hand. The victim says Gray got on top of her on the bed and began to choke her as the argument escalated. As she attempted to call 911, he grabbed the phone from her. As she was able to escape his grasp on the bed and stand up, he reportedly strangled her from behind.
Skylar Martin beats dog to death while 911 operator hears it hit the wall and yelp
23-year-old Skylar Martin faces domestic assault and animal cruelty charges after pushing his girlfriend and beating their puppy to death on February 8. As his girlfriend called 911 for help after he pushed her, the operator heard a dog being thrown against a wall and loud yelping afterward. Martin was reportedly upset the dog had urinated on the floor and beat the dog to death, leaving it with broken bones and severe deformities. When officers initially arrived, they were told the dog died due to “an allergic reaction to coconut-based shampoo,” but later admitted to killing the dog. When asked about the noise the dispatcher overheard, Martin said, “Of course it was yelping; it was getting its ass beat.”
Jahmeila Davis lied to police about how she lost $500 at Governor’s Square Mall
18-year-old Clarksville Hair Stylist Jahmeila Davis was jailed Wednesday, charged with felony filing a false report. Davis initially told police on February 2 she was at Governor’s Square Mall when she was approached by three males who were attempting to sell her something near the GameStop store. She claims she had $500 in cash in her hands, and while she was showing it, one of the men grabbed it and ran away. She reported it to the police and wanted them to retrieve her money. After reviewing security video of the incident, police say she handed the cash to a man to play a “shell game,” which she lost.

Omar Obregon-Cuebas avoids DUI by getting out of car at Walmart
24-year-old Omar Obregon-Cuebas was charged with public intoxication on February 4th by Officer Matthew Johnson of the Clarksville Police Department. A citizen called 911 to report a drunk near the Sango Walmart, who was reportedly driving all over the road, and nearly hit another vehicle before pulling into the Walmart parking lot. The officer arrived and located Omar, who was exiting his blue Toyota Corolla. Omar admitted to drinking White Claws and stated he was too drunk to be driving and just wanted to go home. The officer transported him to booking, where he was charged with public intoxication.
Romereo Shamburger had the right to remain silent, just not the ability
24-year-old Romereo Shamburger was driving a Chrysler 300 on Hwy 236 with a headline out in the early hours of February 4. THP Trooper Brian Glenn conducted a traffic stop and immediately noticed his bloodshot eyes and a scale in the floorboard. Shamburger volunteered 4.4 grams of marijuana to the Trooper and said he keeps the scale so he doesn’t get scammed when buying it. Not knowing when to shut up, Shamburger told the Trooper that he had just quit smoking today, but prior to today, he “would smoke three times a day, in the morning, lunch break, and after work, and rolls approximately .5 grams of marijuana into black and mild cigars and smokes them.”
Emily Sharp & Mary Orange found passed out at gas pump with heroin & crystal meth
29-year-old Emily Sharp & 33-year-old Mary Orange had reportedly been sitting in a vehicle at a gas pump for hours when police received a call for a welfare check for two women that were sleeping in the car. The complainant had knocked on the windows but received no response. Officers arrived, and eventually, the two women became aware of their surroundings. Sharp had a used syringe on her lap, which contained heroin. Orange had a cut straw on her. A search of the vehicle resulted in another loaded syringe, crystal methamphetamine, digital scales, and a burnt spoon.
Siaona Banks leaves “severe bite mark” on boyfriend after stealing his wallet
Police say 27-year-old Siaona Banks was searching for her keys on February 7 just before noon. She picked up the jacket of her boyfriend, Joseph Stevenson, and began to go through the pockets when he told her the keys were in his pants pocket. She then reached into his pocket and instead took his wallet, causing a physical fight. She caused abrasions on his legs and then bit him on his shoulder, leaving a “severe bite mark,” according to officers.
Lila Morgan pushes ex-boyfriend, charged with domestic assault
Joshua Johnson told police his ex-girlfriend (and mother of his child), 34-year-old Lila Morgan, came to his apartment on February 6 and began an argument. As the argument escalated, it became physical, and she reportedly moved toward Joshua in a threatening manner and pushed him. He told police he grabbed her and held her to get her under control. Once she calmed down, she left the apartment. She was located and charged with domestic assault.
Shelecia Craig charged with shoplifting from Sango Walmart
32-year-old Shelecia Craig is charged with shoplifting after loss prevention says she entered the Walmart on Madison St. and selected various merchandise valued at $91.84. She then took the items to the service desk and received a refund, resulting in a fraudulent return. Walmart is seeking restitution for the total amount listed.
Melinda Knox, 74, charged in assault of stepdaughter during ‘heated argument’
Dana Maxwell told police that her 74-year-old stepmother, Melinda Knox, attempted to hit her during a “heated argument” on February 6. Maxwell says she grabbed Melinda’s arms to prevent her from hitting her and suffered multiple scratches to the inside of both elbows. Knox was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
Shavoka Reed stabs husband’s ex-wife in argument over disciplining children
Theresa Ball says she got into an argument with her ex-husband’s new wife on February 6th, 41-year-old Shavoka Reed, over disciplining her children. Ball reportedly picked up a pole and went toward Reed’s vehicle, and kicked it. Reed went into the house and retrieved a knife, which she used to stab Ball in the arm.
Musician j.vis (Joel Tobias) charged in assault of girlfriend during breakup
Linette Castellanos told police she was amid a breakup with her boyfriend, 30-year-old Joel Tobias, this week. He returned home after a night of drinking Friday night and was upset. When she refused to discuss the top with him, he became agitated, and she locked herself in a bathroom. He eventually convinced her he was calm, and she opened the door. Tobias then pushed his way in and began to punch her and strangle her, according to police. Officers arrived at 5:52 a.m. and transported Tobias to jail, charged with aggravated domestic assault.
