19-year-old Madison Elise Gerkin was stopped after an officer observed her traveling at 71 mph in a 40 mph zone on N. Riverside Drive just before 3 a.m. She claimed she had not consumed alcohol; however, the officer smelled alcohol coming from the vehicle and Gerkin. An open bottle of New Amsterdam Vodka was found in the vehicle, and Gerkin performed poorly on field sobriety tests.

Ma’Shae Marria charged in $1,600 theft from her employer, Mapco on Madison
21-year-old Ma’Shae Jalise Marria is charged with felony theft after she confessed to taking $1,600 from the Mapco on Madison Street, where she worked. She used another employee’s PIN to retrieve $80 from the store’s safe on twenty different occasions. Charles Cox of Mapco’s Loss Prevention team contacted police after discovering and documenting the thefts. He also confronted Marria, and she wrote a statement confessing to the thefts, which occurred between August 19th and September 26th.
DUI: Fort Campbell’s Tyler Davis charged after a “couple beers” at Electric Cowboy
Officers conducted a traffic stop on 22-year-old Tyler Christopher Davis at 3:20 a..m. as he was driving a white Subaru Outback and failing to maintain his lane of travel. David admitted to consuming a “couple beers” While at the Electric Cowboy. Officers say he reeked of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He would later blow a 0.159% BAC, nearly double the legal limit.
Baron Frazier pulls knife on wife after finding condom on the balcony; “where’s my rum?”
Renee Gordon says her husband, 42-year-old Baron Frazier, were arguing as he accused her of cheating. She told police that Baron was drinking and became irate when he found a condom outside on the balcony of their apartment. Frazier reportedly pulled a knife from the kitchen and pointed it at his wife, telling her, “I could kill you for this.” She says he then placed a hand on her throat and another on her waist and pushed her into the corner of the kitchen, and demanded, “Where’s my rum?”
DUI: Bradley Perry flips vehicle, open bottle of Jim Beam inside
28-year-old Bradley Thomas Perry flipped his truck onto its side late Wednesday night on Golf Club lane. Perry climbed out of the vehicle, and police observed glass eyes and say he reeked of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI. Officers located a half-empty bottle of Jim Beam behind the passenger seat.
Hannah Elliott charged in assault of ex-husband over child’s discipline
31-year-old Hannah Elliott is accused of punching her ex-husband. She was upset at how he was disciplining their son. William Elliott says he was punishing their son for being unruly by spitting at William’s new girlfriend and turning off his Xbox without warning. He says that as he was attempting to punish the child, Hannah exited her room in the residence and assaulted him. A witness, Norma Lind, says she witnessed the assault.
Terra McNelis charged in saucepan assault of her boyfriend, Stephen McKay
42-year-old Terra Nicole McNelis is charged with the felony aggravated assault of her boyfriend, Stephen McKay, after police say she swung a large saucepan at him. When police arrived at their shared Robin Hood Drive residence, McKay advised he had pushed her away in self-defense. McNelis was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody.
Anthony Cerullo charged in domestic assault; attempted bathtub strangulation
38-year-old Anthony Jason Cerullo now faces charges including domestic assault, felony aggravated domestic assault, and false imprisonment, after his girlfriend reported two incidents in the same week to police. During one of those incidents, he reportedly held her underwater in a bathtub until she was choking after she arrived home later than he approved of.
Destinee Tidwell assaulted her mother with a Pack-N-Play, witnesses say
Deputies responded to Oakland Road on October 10th after LaDonna Marshall reported she had been assaulted by her daughter, 30-year-old Destinee Noelle Tidwell. A witness observed the altercation, in which Desitnee attempted to take a child’s Pack-N-Play that belonged to her mother, and a struggle ensued between the two. The back and forth continued outside the residence, where Destinne pushed her mother using the Pack-N-Play.

27-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Devyn Paul Butler is charged with felony reckless endangerment after shooting a woman in her upper thigh, placing her in immediate danger of death, according to police.

24-year-old Payton Danielle Brown is charged with vandalism after she took the phone of the woman who is charged with stalking her (Niosha Vance) and throwing it, causing it to be damaged beyond repair.
Amber Vredenburgh charged in assault of husband soldier days after he returns from deployment
Days after Soldier Zachary Vredenburgh returned home from deployment, his wife, 36-year-old Amber Vredenburgh, went through his phone while he slept at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. She says she found text messages that showed he was cheating during the time you were deployed. She says this caused an argument throughout the day. As officers interviewed both parties, Zach explained that when she woke him up to confront him, she slapped him across the face and pushed him, which started the verbal argument.
Soldier Kristen Szurley charged after hitting husband twice during an argument
Clarksville Police responded to State Line Road just after 4 a.m. Monday and met with John Kenny, who advised he had been in a verbal altercation with his wife of five months, 21-year-old Kristen Szurley, when she hit him in the chest twice. Szurley, who is a soldier at Fort Campbell, admitted to hitting her husband twice during the argument.
DUI: Yahmiyah Sunshine Clemmons admits to drinking prior to crashing into utility pole
Just after 2 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to N 2nd St & Jefferson St, where 20-year-old Yahmiyah Sunshine Clemmons drove her Nissan Sentra into a utility pole, knocking down a power line. Officers observed an open Bud Light can in the vehicle, and she admitted to having “a beer” earlier in the night.
Lindsay Spain pushed her boyfriend into bathtub during a domestic dispute
Deputies responded to a domestic assault call just after 10 a.m. Saturday between 33-year-old Lindsay Marie Spain and her boyfriend of two years, Fredrick Alexander Morrow. Lindsay explained the couple had an argument that turned physical as she was attempting to retrieve her phone. She admits to pushing Morrow into an empty bathtub during the assault. It was determined Morrow pushed her back in self-defense, and she was determined to be the primary aggressor.
Gabriel Rich charged in assault of girlfriend who just wanted to go to the Trap Market
Clarksville Police responded to Dodge’s market late last Thursday night to find 18-year-old Gabriel Wayne Rich chasing his girlfriend, Brianna Dycus, around a black sedan. Brianna told police the couple argued because he would not take her to the Trap Market, and that Gabriel pushed her out of the back seat and onto the ground while she was trying to get back into the vehicle.
Teresa Lyon charged in assault of her niece during argument over laundry
57-year-old Teresa Dawn Lyon is charged with the assault of her niece, Alexis Carpenter, during an argument over a load of laundry. Alexis stated Lyon did not want her to wash clothes late at night and became upset. Lyon reportedly put her hands on Alexis, near her neck, and pushed her backward during the assault.
Kenwood High Teacher Brandon Stewart charged with DUI
36-year-old Brandon Allen Stewart, who teaches at Kenwood High School, was charged with DUI just before daylight Saturday morning. A DUI investigation began after an initial traffic stop for failing to maintain his lane of travel. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and smelled of alcohol, according to officers at the scene. A Tennesse Titans thermos was in the front cup holder and reportedly smelled of the same liquor on Stewart’s breath. Stewart had a prior DUI charge in 2013, which was reduced to reckless driving during a plea.
Shilo Barker charged in assault of estranged wife when she attempts to pick up child’s backpack
Brandy Barker is estranged from her 41-year-old husband, Shilo Barker. On September 29th, she went to his residence on Robin Drive to pick up their son’s backpack. While at the home, the two got into an argument, and Brandy says when she grabbed the backpack, Shilo also grabbed it and pulled her along with it toward him, causing abrasions to her forearm, which were documented by police. As she attempted to flee in her car, Shilo reportedly stood in her car door so she couldn’t close it. She was eventually able to leave and called 911. Police say Shilo admitted to the assault and was taken into custody.
Heather Majors lied to police about being carjacked by a Black man; she wrecked her own car
41-year-old Heather Marie Majors told Clarksville Police she was carjacked at 5:30 a.m. on September 18th. She stated she was driving in the area of Lacy Lane when a black male approached her at a stop sign and pointed a silver handgun at her face, forcing her out of the vehicle and onto the ground. She told police the male then drove away in her car. She says she walked home, so it was approximately three hours later before she placed the call to 911 and officers responded. Officers located the vehicle around 6 p.m. the same day, just a mile from where she said the carjacking occurred with front-end damage from a wreck. As the investigation continued, Majors admitted there was no carjacking, she made up the story after she wrecked the vehicle, afraid she would get into trouble. She is now charged with a felony for filing a false report.
