When we last covered 29-year-old Marquis Moultrie, he was finally being brought before a judge to begin to answer for the 2015 robbery of Sam’s Tobacco store. He posted a new $15,000 bond and failed to appear for the next four court dates. His bond company was issued a final forfeiture notice, and this week they were able to track down their bond jumper. Jamie Thomas and his team took Moultrie into custody. He remains jailed in lieu of a new $30,000 bond.

Brittney Kennedy jailed after jumping bond on theft/probation violation case
33-year-old Brittney Kennedy failed to show up for court for a drug-related probation violation on a theft case from 2022. She filed a motion to have her warrant recalled after she jumped bond and also failed to show up for that court date. Jamie Thomas and his bounty hunter team say they beat on her door for several minutes this week until she eventually opened the door and surrendered herself to them.
Jessica Palm charged with 2 a.m. DUI in Clarksville
30-year-old Jessica Palm was driving her 2015 Nissan Sentra on Hwy 76 just after 2 a.m. Wednesday morning when police say she began to make erratic lane changes and could not stay between the lines of any particular lane as she traveled West. Deputy Acevdeo conducted a traffic stop and observed Palm to be intoxicated and with slow movements when asked to do tasks. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and provided a blood sample at Tennova Sango before being transported to booking, where she was charged with DUI. Officers noted she has a history of DUI charge(s), but no convictions.
Real estate investor Adam Johnson jailed after threatening and assaulting stepson
Deputies say 39-year-old real estate investor and self-described ‘lifestyle coach’ Adam Johnson threatened to kill his 13-year-old stepson, and threw him against a bed frame and assaulted him once before. The most recent incident occurred on January 20, when the victim’s 16-year-old sister called 911 as Johnson was screaming he was actually going to kill the child. Adam’s wife, Clarksville’s self-proclaimed ‘AirBNB Expert’ Asury Johnson, says at 4 p.m. that day, her husband stated he intended to “put his hands” on her son and assault him. The couple argued while she stood in the doorway to prevent him from hurting her son. Adam fled the scene before police arrived and refused to return when contacted by officers.
During an interview, the child disclosed that his stepfather had previously assaulted him when he believed he cursed during a video game. The child says Adam grabbed his VR headset and threw his body against a bed frame, and then violently shook him, striking the back of his head multiple times. During that incident, Adam was also reportedly threatening to kill the child. He was booked on the outstanding domestic assault warrant five days after the incident.

Ashley Price found drunk sitting in road after mom takes her keys & locks her out
28-year-old Ashley Price was sitting in the middle of Fallow Circle when officers responded to multiple calls about her causing a disturbance in the neighborhood. She was extremely intoxicated and became irate after her mother, Lora Smith, deemed her too drunk to drive and took her keys away from her. Her mother then locked her out of the house, leaving Ashley in the attached garage. Upset she was unable to drive, she vandalized items inside the garage, including stored decorations, and then covered the driveway in items she threw from the garage. She shattered the ring video doorbell in the process. The damage was estimated to be $2,600. A search incident to her arrest revealed a prescription bottle of Phentermine issued to Leo Moody.
Andrea Moore charged after attempting to cash fake money orders in Clarksville
25-year-old Andrea Moore faces multiple charges after police say she attempted to cash four fake money orders at a Madison Street business on January 23. Store employee Emily Burgess suspected the money orders were not genuine and contacted Publix, who was purported to have issued them, and it was determined they were fraudulent. A search incident to arrest also located marijuana in her purse.
Dylan Kolenda charged in assault of neighbor during drunken debacle
Remember 22-year-old Dylan Kolenda, who in December drunkenly broke into his neighbor’s home, believing it was his own? He was charged with public intoxication at the time and released from custody. The homeowner, Gregory Brooks, then sought out an additional warrant for assault, which Kokend was booked on this week. Brooks says that during the interaction, Kolenda was hitting his TDOC-issued government vehicle. When confronted, he reportedly assaulted Brooks, who is a 240-pound security professional, leaving scratches on his face and an injury to his left leg. Brooks signed an affidavit, and a magistrate issued the private-prosecution warrant.
DUI: N’QUIRE’s Michael Moultrie jailed in 3 AM crash after leaving Electric Cowboy
38-year-old Michael Moultrie, the face of club N’QUIRE, was jailed early Saturday morning after crashing his vehicle near Ft. Campbell Blvd & Lafayette Rd. Officers arrived and noted he reeked of alcohol, and Moultrie stated he was drinking alcohol at the troubled Electric Cowboy prior to driving. He told police he was contacting his lawyer and would not answer further questions. When read the implied consent law, Moultrie closed his eyes and refused to answer. 13.58 grams of marijuana was located in the vehicle, and he was driving on a suspended license and was unable to provide proof of insurance.
Mary Andrews charged after beating her husband with belt; stabbing through a door
36-year-old Mary Louise Andrews faces a felony aggravated domestic assault charge after her husband, Matthew Richardson, called 911 stating his life was in danger. As officers arrived at their Periwinkle Place residence, the husband could be heard yelling for help through the front door. He stated Mary had struck him with a belt buckle across the back and was in fear for his life. Mary reportedly had followed him throughout the home, assaulting him with various objects and even stabbing holes in a door while attempting to get to him before police arrived.
Stephen Fragoso charged with Ecstasy possession, says he won’t return for court
Staff at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Clarksville asked 32-year-old Stephen Fragoso to leave their property after causing an issue. He refused and demanded to be trespassed, so Clarksville Police responded and issued a trespass notice. The officer waited for Fragoso to gather his things and noticed he quickly snatched a small bag from the center of the bed and stuff it in his pocket. When asked what it was, Fragoso stated it was Ecstasy pills, which tested positive for MDMA. All seven pills were seized, and he was taken into custody. Fragoso, who stated he worked for the D.O.D., told police he would not be returning to Clarksville as he lives in Arizona.
Two women attempt to fill fake ‘Sizzurp’ prescriptions at multiple pharmacies across town
21-year-old Desiree Gulley and 27-year-old Douvosier Dana Vallier went to a half-dozen pharmacies across the city on January 19th, attempting to fill multiple fake prescriptions for ‘Sizzurp’ aka lean (Promethazine And Codeine). Andy’s pharmacy was their first attempt that day, and the pharmacist alerted the police after he verified the prescription was fake. When he was verifying that prescript, the ladies made their way to Town and Country Pharmacy, then Medicine Shoppe, and Sango Pharmacy – all of which called the police to report the forgery. Officers were eventually able to conduct a traffic stop as they left one of the stores and caught them with a bottle of lean and multiple blank scripts and paper with doctors’ signatures, along with a bag of marijuana. The bond for each was set at $80,000.
Abigail Browning charged in assault of soldier husband in Clarksville
24-year-old Abigail Browning was charged with domestic assault on January 16th after her husband, Naizjal Quarles, reported to police that she pushed him on his shoulders multiple times. The two were reportedly in a verbal altercation that led up to the assault.
Tristan Hanif tells police someone crashed into his car. It was him. He crashed it. He was drunk.
Police say 24-year-old Tristan Hanif called 911 at 5 a.m. on January 2 to report someone hit his car in a parking lot on Polk Street, and a report was taken. At 10 a.m., two residents of Anita Court noticed their cars had been hit in their parking lot, too. A bumper was located at that scene, leftover from the crash, and the VIN was traced back to Hanif. During a second interview, Hanif admitted the he was drinking alcohol earlier in the evening and had no memory of what actually happened that night. He is charged with felony filing a false report.
DUI: Heidi Dattilo says she took her “nighttime medicine” before crash
Police say 47-year-old Heidi Dattilo ran off the road just after 11 p.m. on January 16, near the intersection of Hwy 149 & Palmyra Road, and impacted a guardrail. THP Trooper Trevor Case responded to the scene and observed Dattilo to be uneasy on her feet and with slurred speech. She stated she had not consumed any alcohol but had taken her “nighttime medicine,” which she knew she was not supposed to drive on. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was charged with DUI and failure to exercise due care.
Alisha Travis attempted to stab her child’s father as he sat in a vehicle
27-year-old Alisha Travis told police she attempted to stab the father of her child, Moboye Habib, with a knife as he sat in his truck on January 18th. The victim was able to disarm her during the assault and take the knife away. She stated she was upset after sexual allegations were made about her sister.
Danny Medina found drunkenly crawling, blocks away from his home
27-year-old Daniel Medina was found crawling around on the ground and vomiting at the Shell at 1820 Fort Campbell Blvd, just four blocks from his home, just after 9 p.m. on January 15. Officers arrived to check on his welfare and noted his extreme level of intoxication. He was unable to provide any information about how he got there, what he was doing, where he lived, or any way to get him somewhere safe.
Lauren Wright Holden says she “did a bump of heroin” at Dodge’s before overdosing
38-year-old Lauren Marie Wright Holden told police she did “a bump of heroin” in the bathroom of Dodge’s on Fort Campbell Blvd just before 8 p.m. Wednesday. Police say she then walked outside and attempted to pump gas when she overdosed and became unconscious. Officers arrived and administered Narcan, and she became responsive shortly afterward. Officers took her into custody for public intoxication, and a search incident to arrest revealed a loaded Canik TP9 handgun in her purse. She was additionally charged with possession of a handgun while under the influence.
Teresa Naufel aims car at children and speeds toward them in road rage incident
42-year-old Teresa Blackman Naufel faces two felony counts of reckless endangerment after police say video doorbell footage shows her yelling at children and then turning around and purposefully driving directly toward them, and stopping just inches short of where they were standing.
Molina Iraldo calls police to remove woman from her home, spits on her
22-year-old Molina Rachel Iraldo called police on January 16 to have Ashley Turner escorted out of her apartment. Officers arrived and assisted as Turner was unable to prove residency. As Turner was exiting on her own accord, Molina aggressed toward her, and officers intervened before she could make contact. Molina then came outside, too, and began throwing Turner’s property around the area and causing a disturbance to the public. She refused commands to stop her behavior, and officers placed her in cuffs, detaining her for disorderly conduct. At that time, she turned toward Turn and spit on her, gaining her an additional charge for assault.
