28-year-old Danielle West was involved in a domestic incident with her boyfriend, John Mixon, at their Joshua Drive residence on May 9th. When officers arrived, they spoke to Mixon outside his home. Mixon stated that he tried to leave during an argument with West to separate himself, but West sprayed him in the face with pepper spray. Officers observed minor redness in Mixon’s eye. Officers later spoke with West, and she admitted to pepper spraying Mixon. Danielle West was taken into custody and charged with aggravated domestic assault.
