Police say 23-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Dalton Wayne Henderson was in a Ford truck in the APSU McCord parking lot doing burnouts and spins. As officers approached Henderson, he reportedly reeked of alcohol and admitted to consuming eight alcoholic drinks that evening. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and later blew a 0.234% BAC on a breathalyzer. A judicial commissioner noted he had a prior DUI case dismissed when he set his bond at $2,500.

DUI: Brendan Offutt — police find “human booger” on snort straw inside his vehicle

Just after 9 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to Dover Road regarding a report of a Buick swerving all over the roadway. Officer Hyatt located the vehicle, driven by 27-year-old Brendan Clark Offutt, which was now on Providence Blvd swerving from side to side. During the subsequent traffic stop, Offutt had extremely slurred speech, so much that most of his words could not be understood. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Inside the car, officers located a rolled-up paper made into a straw with white powder residue inside it and a “human booger” attached to one end.

Soldier Kevin Lozano-Cruz faces 2nd DUI after speeding on Fort Campbell Blvd

THP Trooper Michael Hickmon observed a silver vehicle driven by 29-year-old Fort Campbell soldier Kevin Benjamin Lozano-Cruz traveling at 63 mph in a 40 mph zone on Fort Campbell Blvd on Saturday. As he conducted a traffic stop, the officer reported Lozano-Cruz had bloodshot, watery eyes, and reeked of alcohol. He admitted to consuming one shot of alcohol 25 minutes prior to the interaction and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was transported to the Sango ER for a blood test and then booked into jail for DUI 2nd, as he had a prior DUI conviction in 2017.

Jeff Johnson charged with DUI while out on bond for a March DUI

Just after 1 a.m. Monday, Officer Justin Bolden stopped a black Impala for failing to maintain a consistent lane of travel. The driver, 26-year-old Jeffrey Douglas Johnson, had slurred speech and reeked of alcohol. He performed poorly on field sobriety tests and would later blow a 0.245% BAC on a breathalyzer. At the time of his arrest on this DUI charge, Johnson was out on bond for a March DUI charge.

During the subsequent traffic stop, Cook admitted to drinking “three shots” prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He later blew a 0.173% BAC on a breathalyzer.

32-year-old Brittany Nicole Russell was found asleep behind the wheel of her vehicle at the intersection of 101st Airborne & Peachers Mill Road just after 2 a.m. Sunday. Officers arrived and placed the vehicle in park before waking her up. She was able to exit the vehicle but stumbled and was unsteady when standing. She performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was taken into custody for DUI. Officers say she also had an open container of alcohol in the center cup holder.

Timothy Jones found passed out behind wheel of car in front of Mickey’s Downtown Clarksville

Clarksville Police say they found 31-year-old Timothy Jones incredibly drunk and passed out behind the wheel of his running Honda RTS while parked in front of Mickey’s Downtown Clarksville. It took several knocks on the window to wake Jones, who was unable to exit the vehicle on his own due to his level of intoxication. Inside the vehicle, officers found a bottle of Teremana Tequila in the center cup holder.

DUI: Ashley Greenhill admits to taking Percocets prior to driving wildly on interstate

A ‘BOLO’ (be on the look out) went out over all air for a vehicle weaving all over Interstate 24 on July 13th and was quickly spotted by THP Trooper Javier Allen as it passed his position and ran off the road before returning back onto the roadway and into a lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted, and the driver was identified as 34-year-old Ashley Greenhill. There were no obvious signs of alcohol use; however, Greenhill admitted to taking Percocet earlier before driving.

Mia Evans charged with DUI after being stopped for 88 mph in a 55 mph zone

24-year-old Mia Evans was clocked at 88 mph in a 55 mph zone on July 2nd. When pulled over for the infraction, it was quickly observed she was under the influence as determined by the smell of alcohol coming from her and her behaviors. Evans admitted she had just left a party in Dover where she had been drinking. She was issued a warning for the speeding and taken into custody for the DUI.

Local Party Stripper Jada Turner charged in 3AM DUI: white powder & alcohol in vehicle

Clarksville Police pulled over 21-year-old Jada Turner just at 3 a.m. as she was swerving into oncoming traffic. It was soon discovered she did not have a driver’s license, and the officer could smell alcohol coming from the car. 32-year-old Jonathan Love, of the 5th Special Forces Group, 3rd Battalion, was booked into the Montgomery County Jail just before 1 a.m. Wednesday after CPD Officer David Hauser noticed Love’s Jetta swerving between lanes on Fort Campbell Blvd. During a traffic stop, Love was found to have lethargic speech, glossy watery eyes, and the smell of alcohol coming from his breath. He admitted to drinking “4-5 shots of vodka” prior to driving. After performing poorly on field sobriety tests he was transported to booking.

21-year-old Fort Campbell Soldier Alexander Matthew Fisher tells police he had “one beer” at the Electric Cowboy before rolling his vehicle on Whitfield Road, resulting in one of the passengers being ejected. When police arrived and interviewed Fisher, he stated, “I remember driving and taking a left turn at a curb and then waking up”. As the officer approached he was able to remove the keys from the running vehicle before waking up the sleeping soldier. Inside the truck was an open Bud light in the center console area. Tabron admitted to drinking prior to driving and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He blew a 0.106% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Police say 34-year-old Arik Browning was driving on Providence Blvd but was swerving so badly that at one point he approached the sidewalk. He reportedly smelled of alcohol, and performed poorly on field sobriety tests, including the lack of smooth pursuit in both eyes. He told officers he was “too f*-ked up to drive” citing a 2011 TBI. An open can of Blue Moon Belgian White Ale was located in the vehicle, and he eventually blew a 0.148% BAC on a breathalyzer.

Cederrick Hill held on $27,500 bond after 3rd DUI in recent months

32-year-old Cederrick Hill is jailed on a $27,500 bond after he crashed his Dodge Caliber in front of the Speedway on Tiny Town Road just after 6 p.m. Wednesday. He admitted to drinking prior to driving and was extremely intoxicated according to officers. At the time of his arrest, he was out on bond for a pending DUI from November of 2021, and he was convicted of another DUI in May of 2021. His license has also been revoked since the first DUI conviction.

28-year-old Tiffany Gaines was stopped near Tiny Town Road and Peachers Mill Road just after 3 a.m. on April 3rd after several traffic infractions and weaving and changing lanes erratically. Officers say she smelled of alcohol and performed poorly on field sobriety tests. Her SUV was also unregistered and the license plate was not on file. She blew a 0.160% BAC on a breathalyzer.
