27-year-old Felix Williams-Little was caught sexually assaulting an off-duty police officer at the Rotary Park complex on August 29th. The officer reported that an unknown man had walked up behind him and asked him, “If he was looking?” The officer told the man that he was walking the trails and that he was going to continue his walk. As the officer turned around, the man reached around him and grabbed his genitals. That is when the officer announced to the man that he was an officer. The man was later identified as Little and taken into custody for sexual battery.
