27-year-old Jonathon McConnell was seen publicly intoxicated at Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill on Lowes Drive on July 4th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with the bar bouncer. The bouncer stated that McConnell was extremely intoxicated and became upset when someone took his phone. McConnell then proceeded to become upset and aggressive towards the bouncers. Officers then deemed McConnell to be a danger to himself and others, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication on July 5th.
