35-year-old Kayla Ouseley had a domestic altercation with her roommate, Christopher McClure, at their Holland Drive apartment on July 29th. When officers arrived, they spoke with McClure, who originally called 911, explaining that Ouseley had been arguing with him all day about his dogs. McClure stated that the argument escalated when Ouseley grabbed a pack of baby wipes and threw them at him, hitting his face. Then, Ouseley admitted to deputies repeatedly that she purposely threw the wipes at his face. During the investigation, they discovered that Ouseley threatened to kill McClure multiple times, placing him in fear for his life. Deputies deemed Ouseley as the primary aggressor and tried to detain her. As officers attempted to detain her, she was resistive, fighting back, kicking, and pushing them, hindering her arrest. Then, Ouseley was taken into custody for domestic assault and resisting arrest.
