32-year-old Kenneth Sheppard was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Jessica Estep, at their Cheyenne Lane residence on May 8th. Officers arrived and spoke with Estep, who told officers that Sheppard hit and kicked her. Estep informed officers that Sheppard charged at her while she was caring for their child, so she got scared and fell on her back. While Estep was on the ground, Sheppard kicked her several times and hit her with a children’s toy. When officers spoke with Sheppard, he stated that nothing happened. Kenneth Sheppard was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
