41-year-old Kevin Weaver was involved in a domestic altercation with his mother, Margaret Weaver, at a Whispering Hills Trail Residence on May 3rd. When officers arrived, they spoke with both parties. Ms. Margaret explained that as she sat on the couch arguing with her son, he walked up to her and shoved her on the right side of her head. Kevin was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for Domestic assault.
