DUI: Michelle Fallat booked ignoring stop sign in her Tesla, gives officers her credit card

46-year-old Michelle John Fallat, a Tennova Medical Center employee, disregarded the Dalewood and Taft Drive stop sign in her white Tesla on August 30th. Patrolling officers observed this and initiated a traffic stop on Peachers Mill Road. During the stop, they asked her to provide her driver’s credentials. She handed them a credit card before retrieving her driver’s license. After this, the police had her exit her vehicle and prompted her with sobriety tests. Fallat consented to the tests and performed poorly.

During their interaction, officers noticed Fallat reeked of alcohol and detained her for the occurrence. Then, Fallat told them she was tired and dehydrated from working a lot. Fallat added that she never took any alcoholic beverages or drugs before agreeing to provide a chemical sample. She was transported to Tennova Medical Center for a blood test. Fallat was taken into custody for driving under the influence.
