32-year-old Niyah Branch was involved in a domestic altercation with her child’s father, Johnny Jacobs, at the RaceTrac on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on April 28th. Jacobs contacted law enforcement, stating that Branch came to the mentioned location where he is employed and assaulted him. When officers arrived, Jacobs told them he was sitting in the parking lot inside his vehicle when Branch started hitting his car with a basket. Branch then struck him in the arm several times. Niyah Branch was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault on April 30th.
