34-year-old Baha Abuhadba was at Lowe’s on Lowes Drive. Abuhadba’s accomplice, Bubacarr Camara, entered the Lowe’s, placed 10 DeWalt impact drills into a car, and swiftly exited. Camara and Abuhadba were seen entering and leaving the store together, fleeing in a grey four-door vehicle, most assumed to be a Honda. The items stolen were valued at $2800. Abuhadba was taken into custody and charged with theft.

Lawren Eades charged with multiple counts of fraud
A Montgomery County Jury indicted 29-year-old Lawren Eades for two counts of fraud between February 2018 and July 2023. The indictment alleges the theft was from TennCare. A Judicial Commissioner set her bond at $15,000.
Tatyana Allen jailed for yet another fraud scheme in Clarksville
28-year-old Tatyana Allen told police she didn’t have enough money in her bank account when she met William Babcock to purchase a set of wedding rings in the parking lot of Crunch Fitness on August 30. He has advertised the rings on Facebook Marketplace, and Allen responded to the listing. She offered to pay him via CashApp, and the transaction was ‘pending’ in the parking lot when they completed the transaction. Sometime later, the transaction was returned and did not complete. Babock filed a report with the police, who contacted Allen for a formal interview. She stated she took the rings to Cash America Pawn the following day, where she received $150 for them. She told detectives she has had enough money to buy them back and return them but has spent it on other purchases instead.
A warrant was issued for her arrest, and she was taken into custody on September 19, charged with felony theft. Allen has a long history of fraud and worthless check-related arrests in the past. Tatyana Allen is the daughter of current City Council member Wanda Allen and Former City Council member and local pastor David Allen.
Tiffany Timko took money, didn’t provide puppy; jailed, banned from AKC
23-year-old Tiffany Timko was jailed on June 30 and charged with theft after she agreed to sell a Cane Corso puppy to a person but never provided the puppy, despite taking the money. The victim provided police with a copy of the signed contract between the parties and receipts showing payments to Timko for $3,274 via CashApp and Zelle. When initially contacted by police, Timko stated she could not locate any documents for the victim and was dumbfounded by the accusation.
In addition to criminal charges, Timko has been suspended from the American Kennel Club (AKC) for ten years, and a $2,000 fine was imposed for violation of their inappropriate treatment of animals policy. In 2021, Timko was additionally charged with cruelty to animals. She continues to post ads on social media advertising her “full-time doggy boarding/doggy daycare” from her home in Clarksville.
Natalia Head charged with theft of phone from her boyfriend’s baby mama
22-year-old Natalia Head is charged with the theft of her boyfriend’s baby mama’s cell phone. Joydan Wilson reported to police that the father of her children, Jactavious Parker, had her cell phone, and when she went to retrieve it, she was told his girlfriend, Natalie Head, had taken the phone from him. Natalie reportedly stated the phone was broken, and she discarded it in a nearby wooded area.
Brandon Ayas didn’t return rented trailer to Tractor Supply Company
21-year-old Brandon Ayas rented a trailer from Tractor Supply Company on March 11, and agreed to return it the following day, March 12. The trailer was never returned despite multiple attempts to contact Aya. The trailer is valued at $3,898.
Jordyn Siclovan drunk & disorderly at Mr. Billy’s Bar with a stolen handgun
Police responded to Mr. Billy’s Bar & Grill just before 2 a.m. Monday for a reported fight. They arrived to find 22-year-old Jordyn Siclovan standing in front of the bar while swaying and slurring her words. She began to shout profanities at responding officers, who then took her into custody for public intoxication. A search of her person produced a handgun, which was reported stolen out of Hendersonville.
Kimberly Frazier jailed after illegally evicting roommate, putting property in dumpster
26-year-old Kimberly Frazier was jailed this week after illegally evicting her roommate, Charm Tucker, and throwing all of her things in the dumpster of the apartment complex. Charm says she unexpectedly received a text on February 4 from Frazier, stating she was evicted and all of her property was placed in the dumpster. Charm was able to recover some clothing, but most of her things, including a television and toiletries, were not recoverable. Frazier was charged with felony theft and is free on a $2,500 bond.
Boosters Busted: Jamaya Bailey, Shanning Bell Adkins, Taurice Coleman, & Selena Coleman
25-year-old Jamaya Bailey, 22-year-old Shanning Bell Adkins, 26-year-old Taurice Coleman, and 26-year-old Selena Coleman were part of a “booster crew” that was caught at Rainbow Clothing on Fort Campbell Blvd on February 11. Store employee Paige Davidson alerted police when they noticed the crew taking items from the hanging racks and throwing the hangers under the rack to hide them. Officers arrived as they were fleeing to their Chrysler Pacifica and took them into custody. $592.32 in clothing was recovered. Inside the van was also a jar of marijuana.
Fraudster Bryan Boisvert jailed yet again; police say he stole rent payments
37-year-old Home Improvement Fraudster Bryan Boisvert found himself behind bars for the second time in two weeks. Already facing home improvement fraud charges, Boisvert was arrested this week on a felony theft charge. Cameron Payne hired Boisvery to oversee a duplex he owned and to collect the rent payments and deposit them into Payne’s account every month. Initially, things went well, but soon after, Payne stopped receiving the rent checks, despite the tenants giving them to Boisvert. He is charged with the theft of those rent payments.
Andrea Moore charged after attempting to cash fake money orders in Clarksville
25-year-old Andrea Moore faces multiple charges after police say she attempted to cash four fake money orders at a Madison Street business on January 23. Store employee Emily Burgess suspected the money orders were not genuine and contacted Publix, who was purported to have issued them, and it was determined they were fraudulent. A search incident to arrest also located marijuana in her purse.
Brandon Ramirez-Jaime steals gun from woman and points it at her during argument
28-year-old Brandon Ramirez-Jaime stole a handgun from a female acquaintance and then pointed it at her. The woman says the Smith & Wesson M&P 9 mm handgun was taken from her Chevy Equinox on December 9th. During an argument several days later, she says Brandon pointed a gun at her, and she recognized it was her missing gun. A warrant for theft was issued for Brandon, and he was jailed on that warrant this week.
Derrick Boling jailed for $69 theft from Walmart
41-year-old Derrick Boling reportedly walked into the Walmart on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in March 2022 and walked out with $69.34 worth of merchandise concealed in a large bag. After he was identified, a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was booked on that warrant this week and is free on a $1,000 bond.
Zamyia Ligon charged in series of Walmart thefts totaling $45, and they want their money back
19-year-old Zamyia Ligon is free on a $1,000 bond after being arrested this week on 5 outstanding shoplifting charges from October and November of 2021. Warrants show she walked out of Walmart on Madison Street with merchandise totaling $3.66 on 10/22, $6.54 on 10/26, $10.71 on $10/27, $6.54 again on 10/29, and $18.02 on 11/03. In total, Walmart says they lost $45.47 and are asking for full restitution.
Financial Advisor Robert Kennedy charged in theft of $10K cash from girlfriend, Heidi Blessing
52-year-old Clarksville Financial Advisor Robert Kennedy was jailed in Nashville Tuesday, charged with felony theft. Court records allege he stole $10,000 in cash from his girlfriend, Heidi Blessing, which she had recently withdrawn from the bank for an upcoming surgery. The lovers had been celebrating Robert’s birthday at her apartment and were reportedly intoxicated when they got into an argument. She placed the cash inside a gold makeup bag that night and says he absconded with the cash the next morning. Police say security cameras show no one else entering or exiting the residence during the time the cash disappeared. Robert Kennedy is the son of Reber and Opal Kennedy, of Clarksville.
Woman charged with using OfferUp to scam the sale of a Playstation — Dyandria Shonta Sealey
Officers say they have identified Dyandria “Shonta Black” Sealey as the person who used the OfferUp app to scam Lelia Burke on the sale of a Playstation before Christmas. They say Sealey accepted $499 via CashApp but never showed up to deliver the Playstion, and never had any intention of doing so. After receiving account data back from both OfferUp and Cashapp, it was determined both accounts belonged to her, with her confirmed phone number and email address, and personal identifying information for the banking portions.
Serial Lowe’s Shoplifter Arrested — Trey Allen Young
24-year-old Trey Allen Young was recently booked into the Montgomery County jail on multiple warrants charging him with stealing from Lowes. During two September incidents, he walked out with a $229 Husqvarna blower and then a $149 Craftsman Trimmer and a pole saw worth $219. In November he walked out with another $99 worth of merchandise.
Serial shoplifter arrested again — Nefertiti Jones charged in $111 Walmart theft
28-year-old Nefertiti Jones was jailed on January 28th on an outstanding warrant from a January 2nd shoplifting incident at the Madison Street Walmart. Court records allege she concealed $111.09 in merchandise and walked past all points of sale to leave the building. Walmart is seeking restitution. She was taken into custody on this charge as police served an outstanding violation of probation warrant which was drug-related on the same day.
Marcony Ware charged with theft at Planet Fitness after traffic stop in Clarksville
29-year-old Marcony Ware was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on an outstanding warrant from July, charging him with theft. The warrant was discovered during a traffic stop, during which he was also charged with an expired registration, no insurance, and driving without a license. The theft charge alleges he stole $80 worth of property from Angela Lawless while at Planet Fitness.
